★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful, awful, awful. We came to this trdelnik store and asked about classic trdelnik in English. The lady made an arrogant face and said nothing. Then she gave an order to another customer and we understood she spoke our language - Russian. We said in russian "Oh, you speak Russian" and she replied in a very angry manner "not at the level of your english". So we went away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered one with Ice Cream. The Trdelnik was burned so I wanted a refund. The woman took it and threw it in the bin and offered no refund. Only with ton of discussion she gave a fraction of the Trdelnik. Worst situation I ever experienced in Prague

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my second experience with trdelník in Prague. It was decent, but not amazing. I had the apple with ice cream. If you’re in the immediate location and craving dessert, you could stop here, but it’s not worth a trek across Prague. There’s plenty of options throughout the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys, it's a product most probably from Transylvania that was imported around the beginning of the 20th century here. Until about 15 yrs, when it resurfaced, nobody had a clue what it is in Czech republic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice sweet to try when walking around Prague. There are many flavors to try, but I went with the original which was rolled in cinnamon. I feel like it was just right. The best part is that they are served warm. There are many of these all over town, so stop by one of you get a chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, at 18:30, the young guy who served us, pouted from the start because we hadn't made up our minds yet. We placed our order, and he put the wrong sweets for us. When complaining about this, he got angry and, rudely, said that that was what we had asked for and that he would not return the money for any candy, nor would he change it for the correct one. We insisted with good manners and he began to laugh and imitate our accent in a burlesque and xenophobic way. We feel cheated and humiliated. Very bad treatment and bad manners. Also, we later ate the same kind of sweet somewhere else and it was much tastier.

They accept euros as well. But you can’t pay by card. There is the exchange 1 min away, so it is not a problem :)
