★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From what I've seen, this has indeed the best exchange rate in Prague. Some exchange offices say they have 0 commission, but their rate is a about 22-23 czk per euro, others advertise a 25 czk per euro, but they take a 13% commission so you end up with 22-23 as well. But eXchange has the best rate, currently 25.6 czk per euro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here after reading many positive reviews and I was not disappointed. They did have the best exchange rate from what I had been able to see in downtown Prague and also charged no commission at all.
Very fast and reliable.
No passport needed.

Much better than my exchange in USA- CK2100. Convenient location, next to St.Nicholas Cathedral. The address somehow differs- looks more accurately as 2 Franz Kafka Square. Otherwise You end up at the bank,next door (though the Girls working there are cute and pleasant).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made mistake to go to exchange the next door that give us the double rate comparing with this good exchange office.
Please be careful to ask the rate and amount of money you will get, before exchanging or sign any thing.
This is so bad experience for me in Prague that the bad and the good exchanges are close to each other. I feel that the bad one have not good intention to do something like this to cheat tourists.
