After not the best experience I was contacted by the manager who solved all my issues and proved that this salon offers good quality service.

Really impressed with the range of laser procedures. Very professional and caring attitude, no unrealistic advice or push for procedures. So far really happy with the experience and results.

Nice location, nice interior but thats pretty much it :( I ordered myself for Emerald treatment. I got email saying I need to have body check before I can start the treatment. Body check was that for about 30 minutes woman was asking me about my food, how do I workout and then she told me how I should eat. Then I step on body weight without having anything in my hands and then on her laptop I saw some information about my body like body fat, water and muscles. Not even layout of the fat in my body. Then I was told that my body fat is way behind any limit and the solution is only to start just eat differently. Girls in reception have no idea about prices and processes. They have to call somebody when you ask them something. I ended up paying 800czk for this body check which in my opinion can not be right based on the results. Even tho I said I have 10% discount from IG message from the clinic I can not find on their website price for this "body check". For me it was just waste of time and money.

Beautiful space but unprofessional and disrespectful when it comes to following a client's scheduled appointment. I came there on time and I was told to wait for 15 minutes for a minor skin procedure supposedly at 18:45. After 15 minutes have passed, they took another lady in who was there ahead of me (she was more likely made to wait for her appointment as well). The doctor finally accommodated me at around 19:30 for the consultation but I was told he can only do half the job as the clinic was closing at 20:00; he couldn't do everything as it would require at least 30 minutes for anesthesia injection alone to cover the whole surface in question and suggested to come back another time to finish it... Well, you had me wait for 45 minutes which would've been enough to cover the whole treatment. He appeared to be really in hurry but tried to discuss everything with the limited time he had; I felt a lil uncomfortable asking more questions about the procedure and due to time constraint, made to accept the half-baked job as I personally need to get it done. Totally unacceptable for a clinic that markets itself as a top class and no apology received for the waiting time. Addendum: This clinic reached out several times asking me to take down my review offering free services in exchange. There was actually an existing terrible review before I wrote mine talking about a dissatisfaction of the service rendered that's now removed, probably the other person got pressured and took the bait of this dubious clinic. Addendum since this clinic tried to create another version that totally didn't occur. THE NERVE TO LIE. FULL TREATMENT? HE LITERALLY TOLD ME THAT HE CAN'T DO EVERYTHING BECAUSE THE CLINIC IS CLOSING AT 8PM. I ACCEPTED A GIFT CARD? WHEN? WHERE? SHOW PROOF. WOW. HAHAHAHAHA. This is NOT a misleading or concocted review. For what?! Why would I make things up just for the purpose of writing a review? Will I get rich sharing my true experience at your clinic? You didn't get what you want from me to REMOVE this review and NOW you try to lie through your teeth? I SEE YOUR TRUE COLORS SHINING THROUGH. LA LA LA LA ?

I regularly attend Aether Clinic. I am happy with the quality, service, and professionalism of the doctors (cosmologists). Particularly, I had treatments with Mesosculpt. The effect is quite good without any side effect. Ms. Porter

What an amazing place! I had the best experience. I had ultherapy in January and botox and already seeing the great results such as significant lifting effect, fine jawline etc. Staff is professional and caring, doctor is very attentive.

Really nice clinic with nice personal. Everyone was really professional from the receptionist to the doctor. The treatment was performed amazingly and the result is the same.(big thanks to Dr. Sýkorová and the nurse). P.S. If you don't cry during the procedure they give you a lollipop at the end...and guess what, i have one :)
