★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní Gabriela, která si tady píše recenze, jak je to profesionální společnost ? přitom máme domluvenou prohlídku bytu a ona nepřijde na domluvenou schůzku? Potom co jsem jí 2x volal jen poslala sms, že má jednání a ozve se později a nic.. profesionalitu tady opravdu nevidím.
 Mrs. Gabriela, who is writing a review here, how is it a professional company? After I called her twice she just sent a text message that she has a meeting and she will contact you later and nothing .. I really don't see professionalism here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firmu NOVORENT SE jsem si jako majitel bytu zvolil pro správu. Nyyní již druhým rokem se o nemovitost starají a já mám díky jejich týmu více soukromého času a méně starostí :)
I chose the company NOVORENT SE as the owner of the apartment for the administration. Now they have been taking care of the property for the second year in a row and I have more private time and less worries thanks to their team :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U společnosti NOVORENT jsem si vybral byt, který mi vyhovoval a odpovídal mým představám. Vše proběhlo bez problémů a byt mi byl předán uklizený a ve stoprocentním stavu. ?? Nyní se poohlížím po něčem větším a opět se obrátím na jejich tým.Nemaji to se mnou jednoduché.
At NOVORENT, I chose an apartment that suited me and corresponded to my ideas. Everything went smoothly and the apartment was handed over to me tidy and in one hundred percent condition. ?? Now I'm going to look for something bigger and turn to their team again. I don't have it easy with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O naše nájemní byty se staráme sami, bohužel jsme ale narazili na neplatícího nájemníka, ze kterého jsme dostávali peníze skoro dva roky. Nakonec jsem přijala pomoc od Novorentu, kteří celý problém vyřešili tak rychle, že jsme jim byt rovnou svěřili do správy. Teď se už jen rozhodujeme, zda to uděláme i s ostatními byty.
We take care of our rental apartments ourselves, but unfortunately we came across a non-paying tenant, from whom we received money for almost two years. In the end, I received help from Novorent, who solved the whole problem so quickly that we entrusted the apartment directly to them. Now we are just deciding whether to do it with the other apartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bydlim v byte od firmy Novorent pres pul roku a od zacatku funguje vse bez problemu. Zaroven za vas vyresi, pokud se na byte neco pokazi jako napriklad porouchany spotrebic a jeho vymenu. Vsem, kteri shani podnajem mohu urcite doporucit.
