After publishing review, Mrs. Elena Jakubovic, through my colleagues, has sent the following: ..."I ask you to remove your evaluation and comment. In opposite case, we will have to solve it another, less pleasant way."
This intimidating style of writing could be considered as a threat and even reinforced my fear and opinion to avoid such a person/company. Certainly, not appropriate business behavior in EU...
Moreover, it is hard to believe that other 5* reviews are truthfull...

I've communicated mainly with Ms. Helena U. who helped us to find flats in beautiful parts of Prague. The offered properties were of the very top quality in perfect locations. Everything was man-tailored and as I was flying from abroad with a limited time to be spent in Prague I got the most prefect service I could have ever dreamed of. Everything went well, thank you so much for your effort, friendliness and great cooperation.
