Z	Zdenda Šesták on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super vířivka a sauna. Moc se nám tu líbilo. I občerstvení bylo příjemné. Obsluha byla milá a usměvavá a všechno nám vysvětlila. Budeme se těšit na další návštěvu. Super hot tub and sauna. We loved it very much. Even refreshments were pleasant. The attendant was kind and smiling and explained everything to us. We will look forward to your next visit.

Relaxační a příjemná atmosféra, vonné tyčinky a svíčky, velká sauna i vířivka, určitě stojí za to alespoň na dvě hodiny. Beautiful wellness, which we really enjoyed. Relaxing and pleasant atmosphere, incense sticks and candles, large sauna and whirlpool, definitely worth it for at least two hours.

D	Daniel Dobrý on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme tu již 2x a jako pěkné to je. Obsluha v pořádku, ale od minule se kvalita těch prostorů docela zhoršila. Na schodech do vířivky vyčníval šroub. Saunu jsme si museli sami zapnout a donést vodu, aby jsme si mohli udělat páru. V sauně byli spadlé nějaké latě a na tom místě, kde měli asi být vyčnívali hřebíky, takže kdybych si toho nevšiml, tak se opřu a mám hřebíky v zádech. Myslím, že by se tomu mohl někdo trochu věnovat a bude to zas super. Ale příště si rozmyslíme jestli půjdeme opět sem. Bohužel.

Velmi nepříjemná a drzá ukrajinská recepční, která neumí prakticky vůbec česky, pouze pozdravila, nic nám nevysvěstlila, ačkoliv jsme byli poprvé (a naposled). Nenabídla žádné nápoje, museli jsme sami si objednat Aperol, který ačkoliv ho mají v nabídce, tak nevěděla oč se jedná a musela někam telefonovat, aby se zeptala jak se vyrábí. Výřivka se vždy po cca. 15 minutách vypla a museli jsme sami pustit, nikdo nám ovšem před tím neřekl jak apod. Hodinu před koncem tohoto hrozného zážitku se sama vypla světla ve výřivce a nešla spustit. Při převlékání (asi půl hodiny před naším koncem) nám tam vstoupila ukrajinská recepční s jinými lidmi a ptala se co tam děláme a kdy končíme nebo tak něco její řečí. Já jsem byl do půl těla nahý. Při odchodu za námi ukrajinka vyběhla na ulici a říkala co jsme udělali se světly v sauně, tak jsem ji vysvětloval česky že se vypla sama (co bych s nimi asi dělal) a že se jedná o výřivku a ne saunu, tak absolutně nechápala.. No přístup hrozný už nikdy více If I could give 0 stars, I would. A very unpleasant and cheeky Ukrainian receptionist, who practically does not speak Czech at all, only greeted us, did not explain anything to us, even though we were for the first time (and last). She didn't offer any drinks, we had to order Aperol ourselves, which, although they have it on offer, didn't know what it was and had to call somewhere to ask how it was made. The whirlpool always after approx. It turned off for 15 minutes and we had to let go, but no one had told us how before, etc. An hour before the end of this terrible experience, the lights in the whirlpool turned off on their own and did not start. During the change (about half an hour before our end), a Ukrainian receptionist came in with other people and asked what we were doing there and when we were finishing or something. I was half body naked. When she left behind us, the Ukrainian woman ran out into the street and said what we did with the lights in the sauna, so I explained it in Czech that she drank herself (what I would probably do with them) and that it was a whirlpool and not a sauna, so she absolutely did not understand .. Well the approach is terrible never again

Water in whirlpool doesn't look clean and also smell bad, also you can see that it sloppy renovated. Would not recommend to anyone. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
