 I was very satisfied. Pleasant and helpful staff at the reception when ordering the examination, modern feedback and communication with the patient (email, SMS), kind and professional approach of the examining staff (cardiology - ECHO, Sono).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem se zde na základě doporučení, a mohu s čistým svědomím říci, že tato klinika je vynikající. Specializuje se především na neurologii. Jinak doktorský i "sesterský" personál je na vysoké úrovni. Rozhodně doporučuji navštívit pokud máte problémy s bolestmi hlavy. Či jiné neurologické poruchy.
I booked here on a recommendation basis, and I can say with a clear conscience that this clinic is excellent. He specializes mainly in neurology. Otherwise, the doctoral and "nursing" staff is at a high level. I definitely recommend visiting if you have problems with a headache. Or other neurological disorders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do zdravotnického zařízení chodím tři roky a jsem se službami a lékařskou péčí naprosto spokojena. Docházím na kardiologii, objednaný čas je dodržován. Před termínem přijde připomínací SMS. Čisté a hezké prostředí.
I have been going to the medical facility for three years and I am completely satisfied with the services and medical care. I attend cardiology, the ordered time is adhered to. A reminder SMS will arrive before the deadline. Clean and nice environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here once and never again. Nurses and reception desk were not able to provide any information with an excuse that they can answer only if the doctor is available. They didnt even have a price list information. Moreover the attitude of staff was horrible, rude and lazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called there last week repeatedly to make an appointment for an MRI scan and nobody picked up the phone. Yesterday I decided to show up personally to make the appointment. They told me that I cannot make an appointment while there and that I have to call a specific number during specific hours (which I did). Their portal says they are open every day and so I called in today to make an appointment. Surprisingly they picked up the phone today but they told me that I will have to call on Monday to set an appointment. I am just about ready to give up on them for being the most disorganized medical center I have contacted in my life. Good job Affidea. You take the cake of unprofessionalism.
