Nepríjemnú sestričku a doktora, ktorý vám oznámi že vás nevyšetrí, nech idete domov a zajtra si kúpite lieky v lekárni, že ušetrite 90kč I have never seen worse staff in my life, I definitely do not recommend visiting the emergency room for adults, you will find a sleeping receptionist with his legs out on the counter. S čím spokojen nejsem je volání na kterékoliv číslo uvedené jako kontaktní na webu, jelikož ho nikdo nezvedá a já musím chodit každou banalitu osobně, protože se panu doktorovi bohužel nedovolám. Doctors and staff in general is not bad, on the contrary, it is a great advantage of this clinic, I am extremely satisfied with the doctors. What I'm not happy with is calling any number listed as a contact on the web, because no one picks it up and I have to go to every banality in person, because unfortunately I won't call the doctor.
Z	Zdenek Rampa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemné prostředí, služby na úrovni, ale problematické parkování - pokud jsou ulice v okolí zaplněny (což je skoro vždycky) i parkovišťátko směrem ke Kunratickému lesu, zbývá malé placené nehlídané ?️ bokem od kliniky. Pokud je i zde plno, zbývá ještě Westfield Chodov. Dobrou variantou je i cesta metrem do stanice Chodov a cca 8 až 10 minut pěšky. Pleasant environment, level service, but problematic parking - if the streets in the area are full (which is almost always the case) and the parking lot towards the Kunratice Forest, there remains a small paid unguarded ?️ side of the clinic. If it is full here, there is still Westfield Chodov. A good option is to take the metro to Chodov station and about 8 to 10 minutes on foot.
M	Marie Kocourkova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moje paní doktorka je na mateřské tak jsem byla přeřazena k jinému praktickému lékaři už 2x si mi stalo že pan doktor absolutně nemá zájem, jeho odpověď zněla kupte si paralen a v noci jsem šla na pohotovost a paní doktorka nasadila ATB. EUC vede, nejsem člověk který marodí ale další lékař EUC když jsem mu sdělila že je mi špatně a ukázala pod prsem až podpaží jsem měla fleky pan doktor řekl že jsem něco snědla a mám alergii. V noci mi bylo tak zle že jsem jela do Vinohradské nemocnice kde jsem měla tlak 190 na 150, naštěstí pan doktor mi okamžitě dal pod jazyk prášek a byl mi zjištěn pásový opar. Včera jsem byla opět v poliklinice Šustova kde mě pan doktor odmítl napsat žádanku na krev nebo poslat na rtg. plic, řekl mi jen že mám postcovidový syndrom, napsal mi Locoid mast a mám si koupit Paralen. !!! At night I was so sick that I went to the Vinohrady Hospital where I had a pressure of 190 to 150, fortunately the doctor immediately put a powder under my tongue and I had a shingles. Yesterday I was again in the Šustov polyclinic where the doctor refused to write me a request for blood or send me an X-ray. lungs, he just told me I had postcovide syndrome, he wrote me Locoid ointment and I should buy Paralen. !!!

Bohužel jsem dostal termín až za týden a tak jsem navštívil vaší chirurgii. Provedli mi tam malý zákrok. Tuto skutečnost jsem sdělil MUDr. Noskovi, kterému se to vůbec nelíbilo. Zároveň jsem se omluvil z mého termínu objednání a to z důvodu, že jsem se stal pozitivní na Covid. MUDr. Nosek však tuto zprávu zřejmě zapomněl, protože mi volal v daný termín s dotazem, zda může jít se sestrou na oběd nebo má na mně čekat. Připomněl jsem mu naší komunikaci, což se ho asi dotklo a položil mě uprostřed věty telefon. Jeho chování opravdu nedělá EUC žádnou dobrou službu. Je to vidět i na výsledcích jeho dlouhodobých referencí. Škoda. Your orthopedist MUDr. Nosek. After 11 years, I booked him with an acute case for a consultation. I reminded him of our communication, which probably touched him, and put the phone in the middle of the sentence. His behavior really does no good to the EUC. This can also be seen in the results of his long-term references. Damage.

Doctor told me just to go for PCR test and didn’t give me any medication. my insurance gives me 5 Pcr tests free of charge monthly. First time I went to hospital for covid test but because of their system issue they cannot provide me pcr test. The lady who sits in PCR test container doesn’t care about it. and EUC customer service cannot help either. They told me doctor will call you about this. Still waiting this call for days. the last 3 days I have a fever as a hell but nobody can do anything about this. Thanks to EUC for caring about our health.
