P	Petr Kadaník on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menší, ale poměrně hezky vybavené zdravotní centrum, kde jsou lékaři, rehabilitace a další služby. Rehabilitační sestry jsou moc milé a ochotné. Velkým kamenem úrazu je však recepce, která má na starosti telefony, objednání, platby atd. Chtěl jsem dnes (4.1.2019), v 8:30 zaplatit 100 Kč za laser v rámci své rehabilitace a po naprosto zbytečném a nepochopitelném půlhodinovém čekání jsem opět vešel dovnitř recepce, s tím, že bych rád jen zaplatil onen poplatek (což je aktivita na pár sekund) a šel dál. Paní jsem řekl, že už tu čekám půl hodiny a nic se neděje, na to mi paní arogantně řekla, že jo, a že klidně ještě půl hodiny můžu čekat dál! Na tohle fakt nemám čas! Zaplatím příště, snad tam bude schopnější člověk než dnes, který "řeší" jednoho pacienta se kterým se ještě vybavuje a ostatní lidi nechá na chodbě za přivřenými dveřmi lhostejně čekat. However, a big stumbling block is the reception, which is in charge of telephones, orders, payments, etc. Today, I wanted to pay CZK 100 for a laser as part of my rehabilitation at 8:30 am, and after a completely unnecessary and incomprehensible half-hour wait, I was again he went inside the reception, saying that I would just like to pay that fee (which is an activity for a few seconds) and went on. I told the lady that I had been waiting here for half an hour and nothing was happening, the lady arrogantly told me that yes, and that I could still wait for another half hour! I really don't have time for this! I will pay next time, perhaps there will be a more capable person than today, who "solves" one patient with whom he is still dealing and will leave other people waiting indifferently in the corridor behind the closed door.

K	Katerina Hlavacova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přístup fyzioterapeutů byl dobrý, až na jednoho pána jsem se setkala pouze s milým přístupem a ochotou, skvělá komunikace. Bohužel přístup paní primářky mě velmi zklamal. Nemám problém s nepříjemnými doktory, pokud se věnují problému, ale paní primářka byla nejen nepříjemná, ale naprosto podcenila příčiny mých bolestí zad, které v té době byly téměř nesnesitelné, výrazně mi omezovaly život a rehabilitace nepomáhaly, spíše naopak. Fyzioterapeuté mi opětovně radili, ať si zkusím domluvit MR, ale paní primářka MR nebo alespoň CT odmítla, že prý jsou fyzioterapeuté „moc chytří.“ Musela jsem jít na jinou kliniku, kde mě hned poslali na MR, které ukázalo výhřezy dvou plotýnek a pokročilou atrofii multifidů. Byla to pro mě nejen významná ztráta času, ale některé zákroky fyzioterapeutů (kteří nepracovali s diagnózou výhřezu, jelikož to nemohli vědět) mi akorát uškodily a prodloužily tak dobu hojení. The attitude of the physiotherapists was good, except for one gentleman, I met only with a nice attitude and willingness, great communication. Unfortunately, the approach of the headmistress very disappointed me. I have no problem with unpleasant doctors if they deal with the problem, but the headmistress was not only unpleasant, but completely underestimated the causes of my back pain, which at the time were almost unbearable, severely limited my life and rehabilitation did not help, quite the opposite. Physiotherapists again advised me to try to arrange MR, but the headmistress MR or at least CT refused that the physiotherapists were "very smart." I had to go to another clinic, where they immediately sent me to MR, which showed projections of two plates and advanced atrophy of multifids. Not only was it a significant waste of time for me, but some interventions by physiotherapists (who did not work with the diagnosis of prolapse, because they could not know) just harmed me and prolonged the healing time.
J	Jana Doskočilová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do rehabilitačního zařízení MediCentrum jsem byla převezena z nemocnice Motol po totální endoprotéze kyčle. Byla jsem ubytována na standardním 3lůžkovém pokoji bez doplatku. Personál je zde úžasný!! Všichni fyzioterapeuti neskutečně milí, trpěliví a vždy usměvaví. Velmi oceňuji, že cvičení probíhalo i v sobotu. Každý se Vám tu snaží zpříjemnit pobyt svým úsměvem a ochotou, jak je jen možné. Na pokoji sice není TV, ale to považuji za plus - spíše by mě to rušilo. Pouštěla jsem si na tabletu do sluchátek svoje pořady. :) Někomu by mohlo vadit, že jsou společné toalety na chodbě, ale pro mě žádný velký problém. TV se nachází na chodbě. Výborně zde vaří a každý má na svém stolku k dispozici karafu s vodou. Všem vřele doporučuji toto rehabilitační zařízení. I was transferred to the MediCentrum rehabilitation facility from the Motol hospital after a total hip endoprosthesis. I was accommodated in a standard 3-bed room at no extra charge. The staff here is amazing !! All physiotherapists are incredibly nice, patient and always smiling. I really appreciate that the exercise also took place on Saturday. Everyone is trying to make your stay more pleasant with your smile and willingness as much as possible. There is no TV in the room, but I consider it a plus - it would rather disturb me. I played my shows on my tablet. :) Some might mind that there are shared toilets in the hallway, but no big problem for me. The TV is located in the hallway. It cooks well here and everyone has a carafe of water on their table. I highly recommend this rehabilitation facility to everyone.
