★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neprofesionální přístup - špatná zkušenost při komunikaci: na první email nereagovali, následně mi po telefonu řekli, že mi dají vědět ten samý den, na druhý email s připomenutím se, že týden čekám na informace domluvené podle telefonátu už nikdo nereagoval. Teď je to dvacet dní od prvního emailu a týden od mého připomenutí se a komunikace je na bodě mrazu. Kdyby hned řekli "máme toho moc, nové klienty nebereme", tak to pochopím a hledám rovnou jinde. Ale nechat mě čekat, že se určitě ozvou, když pak nikdo nezavolá nebo nenapíše, to je prostě špatně.
Non-professional approach - bad experience in communication: they did not respond to the first email, then they told me on the phone that they would let me know the same day, to the second email reminding me that I was waiting for information arranged by phone call for a week. It's been twenty days since my first email and a week since I was reminded and communication is freezing. If they immediately say "we have a lot, we don't take new clients", then I will understand and look straight away. But letting me wait for them to call you when no one calls or writes is just wrong.
