Auto jsem tu nechával opravit po nehodě. Už rovnou po opravě vozu jsem si všiml, že nejsou správně nasazený plasty, jak v interiéru tak i na exteriéru. Po domluvě se servisem mi chyby, kterých jsem si do té doby všiml, částečně opravili. Na špatně nasazený nárazník se ale vymlouvali, že to prej nejde lépe nasadit. Poté jsem s autem zajel do autorizovaného servisu VW NH Car na Strahově, kde mi opravu zkontrolovali a zjistili závadné pochybení all4carsprague. Toto pochybení bylo potvrzeno i jejich technikem a dokonce i pojišťovnou. Na základě tohoto zjištění jsem jim auto vrátil, aby pochybení odstranili. Něco odstranili, jako že se mi třeba odlupoval lak, nebo byla špatně nalakovaná kapota, a u jiných se vymlouvali, třeba že přední levý sloupek u řidiče nemohli vyměnit, že by to narušilo integritu auta a taky že to není nutné. Jen pro informaci, jedna strana auta kvůli tomu byla asi o 2 až 3 cm kratší, mezi nápravami, než ta druhá. Auto jsem si proto nechal přeopravit v NH Car Strahov a bylo zjištěno, že mi na auto nedali nové díly ale díly z vrakoviště, nějaké díly si na faktuře vyúčtovali jako nové a nechali mi tam ty stejný jako před nehodou, nebo dokonce nechali i ty nabouraný díly. Dokonce mi naúčtovali, že mi vyměnili brzdy za nové a mám tam ty stejný na obou kolech, jako před nehodou, i když to nejvíce schytalo levé přední kolo. Dali mi tam pérování ze Seata, který mému auto nevadí, ale není to ten díl co tam měl být, a naúčtovali si ten správný díl. Jisté součástky mi už začali reznout a neměl jsem na žádný součástce, která byla vyměněná nebo byla opravená, ochranu proti korozi. Bylo toho dost. Auto podle NH Car Strahov bylo i částečně nebezpečné a dost se z té jejich opravy zhrozili. Moje auto bylo ani né rok starý, mělo najeto asi 10 000 km a touhle opravou mi, za ten rok co ho mám, stálo kolem 5 měsíců v dílně. Pojišťovna mi bohužel nemohla pomoct, ale říkali mi, že tenhle servis je známý jeho špatnýma opravami, a že s nim, jako pojišťovna, už párkrát problémy měli. Jen tak pro pobavení, oni mi ani nebyli schopní pořádně nasadit gumy na těsnění mezi dveřmi a autem. To mi přijde pro provozování servisu jako docela dobrej základ. Dávejte si na tenhle servis pozor, ať se vám to taky nestane.
I had the car repaired here after the accident. Right after repairing the car, I noticed that the plastics are not fitted correctly, both indoors and outdoors. After agreeing with the service, the errors that I noticed until then were partially corrected. However, they made excuses for the poorly fitted bumper that it could not be put on better. Then I drove the car to an authorized VW NH Car service in Strahov, where they checked my repair and found a faulty all4carsprague error. This mistake was confirmed by their technician and even the insurance company. Based on this finding, I returned the car to them to correct the mistake. They removed something, such as the paint peeling off or the hood being badly painted, and others made excuses, such as the fact that they could not replace the front left pillar of the driver, that it would damage the integrity of the car and that it was not necessary. Just for information, one side of the car was about 2 to 3 cm shorter between the axles than the other. Therefore, I had the car transported in NH Car Strahov and it was found that they did not give me new parts for the car but parts from the junkyard, they billed some parts on the invoice as new and left the same ones as before the accident, or even left the broken ones parts. They even charged me to replace my brakes with new ones, and I have the same ones on both wheels as before the accident, even though the left front wheel caught the most. They gave me a suspension from Satt, which doesn't bother my car, but it's not the part it was supposed to be there, and they charged the right part. Certain parts have already begun to rust and I have no corrosion protection on any part that has been replaced or repaired. That was enough. According to NH Car Strahov, the car was also partially dangerous and they were quite terrified of their repair. My car was not even a year old, it had driven about 10,000 km and with this repair, in the year I have it, it cost me about 5 months in the workshop. Unfortunately, the insurance company could not help me, but they told me that this service was known for its bad repairs, and that, as an insurance company, they had problems with it several times. Just for fun, they weren't even able to put the rubber on the seals between the door and the car properly. This comes to me as a pretty good foundation for running a service. Watch out for this service so that it doesn't happen to you either.

I had a light body damage on my car which required paint work only. The quality of the job seems great, the delay somewhat respected (I just received the car tonight and it was dark and rainy, so I'll double check tomorrow). Electronic has been restored perfectly (parking sensors, lights... all works fine). I also checked the mileage as I had bad experiences with other shops before, and here, they really drove the car just to bring it back to me, so I appreciated that. Service was kind, had a technician to help me a bit in english when it was too technical and he was also there at the delivery. According to a schedule mistake, they actually delivered the car to my place after finishing the job which ultimately saved me a lot of time. The only thing I'd improve is communication (I got told the car would be ready on Tuesday, but they did not specify the time, so when I took my morning and came by bus with my newborn child around 10AM to pick it up, it wasn't ready and I got told to come back at 4PM... well, in this case, you could have just said it would be ready on Wednesday, or sent me a text message the day before to update me). Luckily I thought about withdrawing the 5000CZK for my insurance participation prior to them returning the car, or the delivery at 6PM at my place would have been funky. Paperwork was handled easily, no complications, so far the best experience of a garage I had in Prague... which is not a meaningless compliment ^^
