Potřeboval jsem rychle na počkání vyměnit pneumatiku na motorce. Po obvolání 5ti servisů mi zde bylo vyhověno, mechanik si s tou prací vyloženě hraje - bavícho to, mohl jsem se dívat co jak se dělá, vše očistil, namazal, vysvětlil.. Za mě moc příjemná zkušenost.

No, recenze a hodnocení služby, nebo produktu je vždy ošemetná věc. Nelze se zavděčit všem a vším. Záporná reakce nějaké paní, co přijela se šrotem a pak se divila, že jí servis (naprosto profesionálně) upozornil na další problémy s jejím vozem, mě přivádí k této recenzi. Takže : jezdíme do AMB již několik let s vozidly tzv prémiových značek, vždy byl servis rychlý, konzultace a profesionální přístup.... A cenovka za originální díly a práci? O třetinu nižší a hlavně individuální přístup pana Vorla.I "obyčejnou" fabii opravili rychle a profesionálně, jiný servis si s tím nevěděl rady a napáchal více škody, než užitku. Závěrem : kdo chce kvalitní servis za velice příznivou cenu a především profesionalitu, tak AMB!

Jednoduše a zkráceně, Doporučuji všemi deseti, ochotný osobitý a hlavně profesionální přístup, jak přijímacího technika Pana V. tak i pánů mechaniků kteří i po novém roce kdy práce měli nad hlavu byli ochotni vzít výjezdové vozidlo a pomoci mi v "nouzi" i když nejsem z Prahy a bylo vše takzvaně na rychlo. Dokázali nouzově zprovoznit vozidlo které by bylo jinak na odtahovku s ramenem. Dokázali um si poradit i s vozidlem které nikdy neviděli a jen tak v ČR neuvidí. Přijmací technik Pan V. dle domluvy komunikoval a volal při zjištěných závadách a navrhoval možnosti. Po rozebraní interéru kterému se auto nevyhlo vše složilo jak mělo být, ani bych nepoznal že se něco v autě dělo. Cenový návrh byl Odhadnut takřka dokonale a cenou jsem byl velmi mile překvapen, cenový nástřel dodržel a finální cena byla dokonce nižší ikdyž bylo na autě vykonáno o něco málo více úkonů. Tímto bych chtěl všem zůčastněným ještě jednou poděkovat. Díky, dojel jsem až domů a vše více než v pořádku.

Czech: Uctovani 3.5 hodiny za vymenu oleje s vymluvou, ze se musi odstranit plech, je neprijatelne. Ceny pri placeni se lisi od puvodne dohodnutych po telefonu. Celkove jsem zaplatil 4.400,- za vymenu oleje, filtru a zadni pneumatiky (cena pneumatiky v cene nebyla). Krome toho mela motorka najeto o 13 km vice. Na druhe strane ale umyli motocykl a namazali retez. Rozhodne uz se tam nevratim. English: Charging for an oil change 3.5 hours of work with the excuse that the motorcycle has fairing its just unacceptable. Different prices on the agreement over the phone different when you go to pay. I paid in total 4400 czk to change the oil and to change the rear tire. (price of the tire not included). Apart of that the bike had 13 km more on the speedometer. On the bright side they washed the bike and they lubricated the chain. Definitely not going again there.

What they did right: - fixed steering column on a Yamaha XSR900. - fixed blinkers (finally) - fixed heated grips It took them four weeks, and two trips before they actually fixed it. They still didn't fix the horn, and alarm, and had no interest in fixing it. I am an unhappy customer, and cannot recommend them. Is there one honest mechanic in Prague? Repeated poor experiences with mechanics in Prague force me to go to Germany where the prices are higher, but the quality and entire experience is first-rate.

Great guys! Best spent money in Czech Republic! ? Seriously, they've repaired our car fast and professionally and allowed us to stay in their showroom in the meanwhile. Being tourists with a toddler, that obviously meant a lot. We highly recommend AMB Service Auto! Luka, Mirna i Daniel

Impressive! Excelent service, good quality, fast and professional. I was traveling and visiting Europe and Prague and I had a malfunction at the engine, I've checked and made a test with some other service and the difference between those 2 is huge. The first ones told me it's 2 injectors damaged and that they cannot do it on the same day which was this Friday on 29th of April 2022 and I'll have to wait till Monday. I said I'm gonna check with someone else. Then I came to this guy... and I was really impressed. The owner of the service treated us(family with two kids) unbelievable respectfully, offering us coffee, tea, sweets for the kids, a lounge to accommodate till the fixing was done. We felt like home. They tested the car and told me it was only one injector damaged not two as the other ones said and that they can fix it fast on the same day! He understood we are on the end of our holiday and we must go back home and he was very supportive. After the fixing was done I was gone and I could tell on the way back the car(Skoda Octavia 2) was going even better than before. The consumption dropped from 5,9 liters/100km to 4,3 liters/100km. I strongly recommend this place. The services provided were simply high class. The workhour price is 10 euro/hour, which is a good price. I have checked all the pieces on the Internet and I can tell you they offered me the fair prices so you can trust these guys, they are fair and honest. They are also official Skoda partner so they know the job. I'm even thinking when I'll go back to Czech Republic to pay him a visit to do again the periodical inspection there.
