Excellent Volvo service. Helpful and friendly staff. They use quality parts and are familiar with Volvo cars. It is possible to agree on the price and repair can be done in a short time. Service recommendable.

Mínusy: Žádná předávací dokumentace, kde je jasně napsáno, co se s vozem bude dělat, co si objednáváte. Takže může docházet k nedorozumění. Bez mého vědomí vyměněny SPZ desky za jejich reklamní.
Pros: The price is definitely better than in an authorized service. No waiting.
Cons: No handover documentation, where it is clearly written what will be done with the car, what you are ordering. So there may be a misunderstanding. Without my knowledge, they replaced the license plates for their advertising.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Místo avizované a zaplacené výměny hadice od intercooleru byla ponechána stará včetně staré spony, po ujetí 17-ti km opět vystřelila.
Po tel. reklamaci pan Zeman nejprve tvrdil, že výměna proběhla, pak otočil, že nová byla pouze spona, ani to nebyla pravda.
Vzhledem k předchozí zkušenosti s nabídkou palivové trubky za 16 000,- Kč (poté, kdy jsem navrhl její spájení natvrdo byla cena 1 200,- Kč) služby tohoto servisu nedoporučuji.
Instead of the notified and paid replacement of the hose from the intercooler, the old one, including the old buckle, was left, and after 17 km it fired again.
After a telephone complaint, Mr. Zeman first claimed that the exchange had taken place, then turned around that the new one was only a buckle, and that was not true.
Due to previous experience with the offer of a fuel pipe for CZK 16,000 (after I proposed its hard soldering, the price was CZK 1,200), I do not recommend the services of this service.
