It is not a professional service nor a professional approach to the customer. I got the car back with a scratched paint on the door on which the mechanic leaned overalls. When requesting removal or compensation for damages refused everything and did not intend to entertain. This behavior is very unprofessional, therefore I do not recommend !!!

We used the service out of necessity, because it was the closest (the car had a failed TK). Routine maintenance was performed and a catalyst failure was detected. When asked if there is a mistake in the lambda probe, the technician found that it "runs beautifully". The next day they called me that it had to be replaced because it did not withstand high heat during disassembly - the claim that it was destroyed by the service was not accepted. The worst, however, is the way the service acts, which called me that in order to be able to do an MOT, a grille must be fitted (vehicle - the Škoda Fabia is a truck, it has the N1 category and it is a box type). I trusted the car service and gave permission to get and install such a grille and dismantle it after the MOT (price around 3 thousand crowns) - but then it didn't work for me and I called the MOT and went through a few articles on the web. Three technicians from different MOTs independently told me that this regulation with the grille does not apply and they will do the MOTs without it. I called the service, which still insisted on having a grille. In the end, I did the MOT myself, they didn't want the grille for me (and I went to the nearest one, where, according to my own words, the cars and the mentioned car service are driving, and according to the service they should have required the grille - the technician told me exactly that stk. I saved quite a bit of money - I don't want to speculate if the service wanted to deceive me on purpose or did not know about the repealed regulation - anyway, when I put the car in an authorized Škoda service, I assume that the staff has all available information. And if not, he'll find them (it took me about 5 minutes to search on google) - I'm not a pro, so I'm looking for pros in an authorized service, but there were none, and they call themselves Profiservis! I didn't get an apology.
