★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U noveho auta spousta závad. A kdyz to dám do servisu tak mi reknou ze musim cekat na díl 3tydny. Mezitím se mi rozsvítila závada motoru, tak kdyz jedu v patek na servis tak jim to řeknu. A co oni? Ze me objednají na diagnostiku na jindy? Kdy diagnostika trva 30min max? Stacilo aby jen zjistili co to je... mam zde auto od pul 8 a bude az po 12hod. Upozorňuji ze auto je stare 3mesice. A ještě mě blokují ze nemohu pul dne jezdit. Ani auto nahradni nenabídly. A to mam od nich 7aut nových za poslední rok....
 A lot of defects in the new car. And when I put it in the service they tell me I have to wait for part 3 weeks. Meanwhile, I got a motor fault, so when I go to the foot of the service so I tell them. What about them? Will I order for diagnostics for another time? When does the diagnosis last 30min max? All they had to do was find out what it was ... I have a car here from half past eight and it will be after 12h. Please note that the car is 3 months old. And they're blocking me from driving half a day. Not even a car replaced by offer. And I got 7aut new ones from them last year ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme tam na servisu poprvé a řešili několik navazujících oprav. Velmi slušné jednání. Snaží se vyjít maximálně vstříc, perfektní komunikace a vzájemná domluva. Byl jsem příjemně překvapen.
We were there for the first time at the service and dealt with several follow-up repairs. Very decent behavior. He tries to be as accommodating as possible, perfect communication and mutual agreement. I was pleasantly surprised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel zatím kupuju jenom náhradní díly na Peugoti babičku a ne nový auto , ale je to u nich super a vždy se snaží pomoci a vyjít vstříc.? Věřím, že jsou všichni tak ochotní a profi jako lidi v náhradních dílech ?
