★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice exhibition, but unfortunately you feel that the sales staff does not want to sell. Asked for a piece of information from a specialised sales man, but never got a response. Not the approach that a brand like Mercedes deserves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having my first Mercedes I was firstly not expecting to take it to the service after 3 months of usage but this can happen and I can be only lucky that I took a warranty, so its not a big issue. But as a premium brand and car, I was expecting a premium service as well which was and is not the case at all. The staff is totally disorganized, unpolite and messy, they never call back to inform you what is the status of your problem and to plan next steps, so in other words, you have to chase them to make things moving forward. And if by any chance they remember to contact you, they call another person... Moving on and as a standard procedure they should always clean your car when giving it back to the client which was not done. Please Mercedes, make sure to train properly your staff and treat your customers at the level of the image your are representing. I am very disapointed by this service branch and do not recommend to anyone using it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The majority of the staff refuses to speak English and is unfriendly and incompetent. Rarely I saw people wearing masks. Definitely a dealer to avoid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good customer support when transferring car from Germany to Cz, helping in every way. Ms Nykodymova took excellent care of all issues. Also everybody reacts friendly and if my Czech is not sufficient they switch to English. Will stay a client here.
Also, the service is always perfect and in time. and the very good restaurant makes it easy to pass time if not checking out the cars ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my service online. When I arrived week later for my service I was told it's not in the system. I was sent home with no apology and no new appointment. I was told to expect a call to schedule new date. Nobody called.
