The company generally suffers from disrespect for its employees, not only for the agencies it mediates, but also for its own. Employment contracts are designed to always be disadvantageous for employees. If you feel that the Labor Code will protect you, you are very wrong. Be very careful what you sign. (Number of contracts, place of work…) Overtime work is not with a surcharge, it is even for 80% of your normal hourly rate, because it pays you through DPP to another company. Or, for example, such a kindergarten that they will conclude three DPČs with you and always pay you so that they do not have to pay social and health insurance. If you think that an employment contract for an indefinite period and four years of work for a company will give you at least a two-month notice period and a three-month severance pay (according to the Labor Code), again a mistake. They will order you to work at another branch in the Czech Republic and you will be happy to leave by agreement. The director of the company lacks basic human decency. Something like morality is an empty word for him. He does not break the laws, the truth, but he will get around them wherever he can. Think carefully about whether you want to apply for a job with such a company.

One of the worst fraudsters among agencies is AG plus Brno. Watch out for them. They promise a salary of 151-164 CZK / h. gross wages, plus rewards and benefits to Pohořelice for warehouses. They will give you 90 / h to sign, saying that it is the same for all their brigades, but on the rewards you will have what you agreed on. As a result, you get those 90 / h and no rewards or meal vouchers, nothing. And be careful, even health insurance does not apply.

I have been working for an agency plus for a few years and it has always been okay, but lately, since the management has changed or left and good people are leaving, it is only the same problems with a hundred agencies. Both with payout and with agreement. I drove before Christmas when they asked me to go to Poděbrady to Billy so I had the promised paid transport and by the end of December I had paid for it but when I went in January for the first payment and I solved it so no one was able to tell me that already they don't pay it and when I went for the second paycheck, they were only able to report it to me after 9 days of driving there. No information no phone nothing. This is how the Plus agency deals with people you go somewhere, and only then may we be able to inform you that you are already driving your day every day. I can say for myself that I was quite satisfied with the agency, but not after this experience. The only one who really shouts at people there is Anička Ovcharinko, the only one there is still a person who can and can deal with people and solve people's problems, the rest of the cough. If you intend to continue like this, I'm not surprised that these people go elsewhere to the competition where they can take care of their people and solve things with them.
