Měla jsem cestovní pojištění, na dovolené stala se mi příhoda, vyhledala lékaře. Moc jsem ne věřila, že mi pojišťovna vrátí náklady na lékařskou péče ,rozhodla jsem to vyzkoušet až měsíc po navratu domů. Zaslala jsem všechnu dokumentací obyčejnou poštou. Dnes mam peníze na účtu. Jsem moc ráda, děkuji pojišťovně Uniqa,a velmi doporučuji

I didn't really believe the insurance company would pay me back cost of medical care, I decided to try it a month after returning home. I sent all the documentation by regular mail. I have money in my account today. I am very happy, thank you to Uniqa insurance company, and I highly recommend it

Obstrukční jednání při výpovědi smlouvy, Vždy se Vám vyjádří až 29. den a pokud máte něco špatně, tak zase čekáte...Já už třetí měsíc. Důrazně nedoporučuji produkty této společnosti!!!

Bez komentára, ako raz urobiť toto zo zákazníkom ok, preglgne človek, povie si ľudská chyba, ale druhýkrát s druhou zmluvou - jeden by povedal, že sa tu jedná o organizovanú zločineckú organizáciu. Ruky preč, už nikdy. Človek dôveruje, nedá si na skúsenosti známych, musí sa sám popáliť a hneď 2X
Without comment, how once to do this from customers ok, man swallows, will say human error, but the second time with a second contract - one would say that this is an organized criminal organization. Hands off, never again. You trust, you don't rely on the experience of acquaintances, you have to burn yourself and right away 2X

Nejhorší jednání co jsem kdy zažil! Arogance operátorek, a to všech! Nekompletní informace, bordel v dokumentech a hlavně nechtějí odškodnit a dělají z lidí jen blbce s tím, že jim nic nepřišlo a tudíž nemohou odškodnit ! Pozor na ně, smlouvu jsem vypověděl a dále už je to na žalobu! Nechápu jak mohou vůbec dále fungovat!
The worst act I've ever experienced! The arrogance of the operators, all of them! Incomplete information, a mess in the documents and most importantly they do not want to compensate and they make people just stupid with the fact that nothing came to them and therefore they cannot compensate! Watch out for them, I terminated the contract and it's still a lawsuit! I don't understand how they can work at all!

Po 15 letech pojištĕní nám bylo zasláno oznámení, že dlužíme častku 258,- Kč. Po nĕkolika minutovém placeném hovoru jsme se dozvĕdĕli, že mĕs. nedoplatek vznikl v roce 2007 s přechodem z roční na mĕsíční úhrady. Podotýkám, že mĕsíční častku si přes SIPO pravidelnĕ inkasuje celou dobu sama pojišťovna. Do dneška jsme za celých 15 let neobdrželi žádnou upomínku. Kde byla celou dobu vedena tato pohledávka? Dnes se píše rok 2022!
After 15 years of insurance, we were sent a notice that we owed CZK 258. After a few minutes of paid conversation, we learned that the moon. The arrears arose in 2007 with the transition from annual to monthly payments. I note that the monthly amount is regularly collected by the insurance company through SIPO at all times. To date, we have not received any reminders in 15 years. Where was this claim kept all the time? Today is the year 2022!

Expensive and very bad insurance, they are searching to avoid paying your diagnosis! I would not recommend it.

Not recommended for people who have to renew yearly. If they cover an ongoing treatment and you renew your insurance with them, they will discontinue their coverage as your renewed insurance (with them) is taken as a "new policy." And on this new policy, they refuse to cover pre-existing conditions.

A friend of mine bought a 3-month health insurance package from UNIQA because he was in between jobs and since he was supposed to start another job in a month and 3 months was the shortest period for which you can buy insurance, we were assured by UNIQA that he will get a refund for the other two months once he started working. However, after he requested that refund, UNIQA simply replied back that he was not eligible for it without any explanation on the reason. He doesn't want to open a dispute because it would probably be pointless just like in other cases when a foreigner gets robbed by Czech institutions just for being a foreigner.
