Service au top. Mr Extier nous a convaincu d'utilser leurs services et nous a envoyé une équipe de compétition. Ils nous ont réemballer les objets fragiles pour éviter qu'ils ne s'abiment. Ils ont été trés précautionneux et aimables.C'est mon 28eme déménagement, et probablement l'un des meilleurs.

Stěhovali jsme celou domácnost, včetně auta a motocyklu, z USA do Čech. AGS se postaralo o celní zaležitosti, transport z přístavu a uloženi věcí v našem dome. Profesionalismus pani Moniky Jirakove a Zuzany Pletkové - Hrozové velice usnadnil přípravu na proclení a perfektně vyřešil logistiku. Komunikace s nimi byly bezchybné a s evidentní snahou celou záležitost pro nás usnadnit, s ohledem na náklady a rychlost doručení. Stěhovací parta byla také velice profesionální - výborná komunikace s námi, dodržení časového harmonogramu a hlavně - nikde nebyl ani malý škrábanec, proste skvělá práce! Jsem rád, že moje stěhovací firma v USA vybrala práve AGS a neváhám komukoliv doporučit!

Très satisfait du service proposé par AGS Prague pour notre déménagement de Lyon à Prague. Ewen Extier a été disponible et efficace pour trouver une solution de transport rapide. L'équipe a fait preuve de professionnalisme et de précaution pour la livraison des éléments. Mr Extier s'est même déplacé en personne pour vérifier le bon déroulement de l'opération. Le tout pour un prix compétitif. Rien à dire, foncez !

Dear Ags, Unfortunately, I am facing some problems with ags India: 1. Ags india (Ms. Payal Singh, Mr. Vineet Walimbe) want me to pay 1000 € on their behalf for customs clearance (not taxes I already paid) although they did not inform me properly about the required documents and according their own terms and conditions they have to pay for the damage they are responsible for. 2. Ags india (Ms. Payal Singh, Mr. Vineet Walimbe) does not proceed with the damage claims. There are damages on my vehicles and furniture shipped by ags India to Germany due to shipment and Ms. Payal Singh, Mr. Vineet Walimbe are refusing to proceed by holding back some documents. They even do not reply to a letter my legal representative. 3. Ags india (Ms. Payal Singh, Mr. Vineet Walimbe) never gave a satisfying answer regarding the attached picture. The right side is showing the carbon copy of the inventory list I signed and received after packing the container. The right side is showing a scan copy of the original. As one can see there are differences in the column indicating damages... When I signed that document there were no numbers indicating any damages. I used AGS services for local moving (20km) about 30m3. The staff was very punctual, and effective. Only 2 hours to load the whole. And maybe 1,5 hour to unload. Professional and pleasant service.

Grateful for the AGS arranged door-to-door removal of my complete household overseas, esp. to Ms. Zuzana, my contract coordinator! Professional management and administration and excellent before departure and upon arrival services; last but not least, this all for a reasonable price.
