Sjednání termínu stěhování bylo jednoduché a bez komplikací. Ke stěhování byly zapůjčeny kartonové krabice, které byly doručeny přímo na adresu. Samotné stěhování proběhlo velmi rychle a ohleduplně. Dokonce byly bez újmy přestěhovány i tak křehké věci jako je velký počítačový monitor či vajíčka z ledničky. Mohu všem jen vřele doporučit a kdybych stěhoval někdy příště tak jedině s MRAVENCEM. Zničili nám parkety a odřeli rohy skříňí. V naší placené pracovní době si odskočili koupit čínu a kebab, čas samozřejmě platí zákazník. Po této nespokojenosti, kdy si řekli více peněz než bylo domluveno, kontaktování majitele firmy. Slíbil, že to ověří a ozve se, neozval, velice smutné . Nábytek a techniku zabalili, vše přestěhováno bez poškození. Vše vynosili do 2.patra bez výtahu, velmi příjemní páni stěhováci. Navíc v rámci stěhování odvezli nepotřebný nábytek do sběrného dvora. Takže jak stěhování, tak i úklid původního bytu byl vyřešen během jednoho dne. Navíc si u firmy můžete v předstihu vyzvednou krabice za zálohu a obalový materiál a po přestěhování, když krabice vrátíte, vrátí vám zálohu, takže nemusíte za krabice utrácet a následně řešit, co s nimi. They packed the furniture and equipment, everything was moved without damage. Everything was carried to the 2nd floor without a lift, very nice gentlemen of the movers. In addition, as part of the move, they took unnecessary furniture to the collection yard. So both the move and the cleaning of the original apartment were solved in one day. In addition, you can pick up the boxes for the deposit and packaging material at the company in advance, and after moving the boxes, when you return the boxes, they will return the deposit for you, so you don't have to spend for the boxes and then decide what to do with them.

T	Tomáš Blaha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera jsme měli velmi špatnou zkušenost se zaměstnancem této firmy. Oproti původně domluvenému času (14:00) přijeli o tři a čtvrt hodiny později. Při příchodu do bytu vedoucí party řekl, že tohle stěhovat nebude (i když všechny kusy nábytku byly řádně popsány a nahlášeny). Po výměně názorů (vedoucího se snažil přesvědčit jeden z jeho kolegů, že to nebude problém) se tento člověk tedy uvolil ke stěhování, ale pračku naložil na rudl tak vztekle, že jsme ho upozornili, aby dával na drahý přístroj pozor. Tento pán se vzápětí urazil a odešel. Snažili jsme se jednat s jedním z jeho kolegů, který řekl, že to odstěhují a půjde přemluvit kolegu do auta, což se však nepovedlo a celá parta odjela, aniž by s číkoliv hnula (resp. nechali pračku na chodbě, takže jsme ji s partnerkou museli společnými silami bez rudlu došoupat zpět do bytu). Tak sprosté a neprofesionální chování jsem v takovémto množství a intenzitě ještě nezažil. Rozhodně se firmě radím vyhnout, asi záleží na partě, ale je možné, že stejně jako my můžete narazit na kreténa kolosálních rozměrů... We tried to negotiate with one of his colleagues, who said that they would move it and go to persuade a colleague in the car, which did not work and the whole group left without moving anything (or left the washing machine in the hallway, so my partner and I they had to go back to the apartment together without the rudder). I have never experienced such vulgar and unprofessional behavior in such quantity and intensity. I definitely advise the company to avoid, it probably depends on the party, but it is possible that, like us, you may come across an asshole of colossal dimensions ...

Domluva byla velmi rozumná, finální cena odpovídala ceně z indikativní nabídky a půjčení obalových materiálů zdarma byl příjemný bonus. V den stěhování dorazili pánové i s dodávkou přesně na domluvený čas, byli velmi vstřícní a s nákladem zacházeli profesionálně. Na příští stěhování firmu určitě opět využiji!!! Stěhovaky jsem měla objednané na určitý čas, kdybych se nepidila po kontaktu, nevím zda by mi dali vědět, že mají zpoždění. Objednaná posádka mne prý předala druhé posádce, když po hodině a půl domluveného času mi zavolali, že jsou na místě, byli na jiné adrese s tím, že za mnou hned jedou. Pak si uvědomili, že si mě spletli s jiným klientem a že tedy nejdříve odstěhují jeho a že za hoďku přijedou za mnou. Komunikace šílená, stěhování jsem zrušila a našla si jinou alternativu.
