★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Z toho cokoliv řešit ohledně zdraví v ČR mě vždy jímá hrůza. Ale tady super, domluva po telefonu příjemná a věcná; a hlavně co jsme domluvili, to platilo, provedena všechna potřebná vyšetření, bez čekání, velmi slušné jednání na místě, všechno mě bylo vysvětleno a rozhodně byl zájem mě opravdu pomoct. Kéž by tohle byl standard.
I have always been terrified of doing anything about health in the Czech Republic. But here great, talking on the phone pleasant and factual; and especially what we agreed, it was true, all the necessary examinations were carried out, without waiting, a very decent meeting on the spot, everything was explained to me and certainly was interested in really helping me. I wish this was the standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvelá pani doktorka aj sestrička. Ochotné, milé, trpezlivé. Pani doktorka Fránková je pečlivá a všetko pekne vysvetlí. Určite odporúčam!
Great doctor and nurse. Helpful, kind, patient. Dr. Fránková is careful and explains everything nicely. Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prosím Vás ak ste cudzinec ani sem nevolajte. Prístup sestry KATASTROFA! Dnes som volala so záujom objednať na vyšetrenie priateľa, ktorý nevolá česky. Sestra mi odpovedala : to ne, uprednostňujeme Čechov. Ubezpečila som ju že priateľ síce hovorí anglicky ale vždy bude mať pri sebe prekladateľa a upozornila som ju, že ide o diskrimináciu, odpovedala: Ak sa Vám nepáči, toto sú naše pravidlá.
SKUTOČNE???? Niekto kto žije v ČR cez 5 rokov, platí si VZP a je ochotný mať so sebou prekladateľa nedostane termín, lebo nie je ČECH?
Please do not even call here if you are a foreigner. The approach of Sister DISASTER! Today I called with an interest to order a friend who does not call Czech. My sister told me: no, we prefer the Czechs. I assured her that although a friend spoke English but would always have a translator with her, and I warned her that this was discrimination, she replied: If you don't like it, these are our rules.
REALLY ???? Someone who has lived in the Czech Republic for over 5 years pays VZP and is willing to have a translator with them will not get a deadline because they are not CZECH?
