Na webu se mi nedaří najít seznam pojišťoven, se kterými smlouvy mají opravdu. To, že titulní stránce píší, že mají smlouvy, které nemají, mi nepřijde jako fér jednání. The website says they have contracts with all the insurance companies, but when I called them, they told me it was not. On the web I can not find a list of insurance companies with whom contracts really have. The fact that the title page says they have contracts they do not have is not fair to me.

Oceňuji, že čas objednání vždy platí a nemusím čekat, i to, že pokud jsem potřebovala něco řešit akutně, vždy jsem mohla přijít hned. Teď si kontroluji výpis od pojišťovny za měsíc říjen a drze si mě tam napsal i přes to, že termín byl řádně zrušený, nikdy jsem pana doktora neviděla, ale jsem s ním nemluvila po telefonu. T	Tomas Bělík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S manželkou jsem šel na intoleranci (každý za 18tis) a velké zklamání! Dr. Nouza na úvodním odběru nebyl a místo něj bratr Jiří. Kdyby to nebylo zaplacené, tak po 10ti minutách odcházíme, protože tak neprofesionální a amatérské jednání se jen tak nevidí. Během prvních minut přemlouvání, ať si za dalších 18tis připlatíme i alergii a pak upozornění, že každý budeme muset brát prášky za 2,5tis. Bratr Jiří působil zmateně a měl problémy v koordinaci. Buď má zdravotní problém a nebo byl nalitej. Pokud to první, tak je vhodné na to klienty upozornit... Ani jeden z nás nebyl na odběru ve špinavějších podmínkách, doteď si vyčítáme, že k odběru došlo. Jako třešnička na dortu bylo, že se po odběru manželce udělal na ruce otok ve velikosti tenisáku a týden měla ruku plnou hematomu (buď si chybně držela vpich a nebo byla jehla zavedena moc hluboko) Manželka už na druhou schůzku odmítala jít. Opět pouze bratr Jiří a komentáře k výsledkům hodně slabé. Dr. Nouza bude evidentně dle recenzí dobrý, ale toho já neviděl. Místo toho jsem zaplatil za vyšetření, které je tu 3x dražší než u konkurence. Málo muziky za hodně peněz. With my wife I went to intolerance (each for 18tis) and a big disappointment! Rád bych touto cestou poděkoval panu doktorovi Nouzovi za profesionální a vstřícný přístup a nalezení příčiny mých zdravotních problémů kde ostatní lékaři 8 let selhávali. Pochválit musím i personál, který je velmi přátelský a ochotný. Good day. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Nouz for his professional and helpful approach and finding the cause of my health problems where other doctors have failed for 8 years. I must also praise the staff, who are very friendly and helpful.

This would have been fine but she also stated that they do not offer help with conditions like mine, although on their website it states that they specialize in that area. Cannot comment on the doctors but the receptionists are an abomination. I don't understand how this place is meant to be the best in the Czech Republic. Maybe my expectations are too high. I understand that this is free health care and I DO NOT expect to be helped in English in Prague. However I still think I can expect some human decency especially after politely asking. I recommend you seek help elsewhere, they don't like foreigners here.
