V	Vlk Obecný on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po přečtení ostatních recenzí jsem měl poněkud obavy, ale zkušenost zcela předčila moje očekávání. Paní doktorka byla velice příjemná, nápomocná a společně se sestrou tvořili skvělý, sympatický a profesionální tým. Příjemné byly i prostory. Jsem nadmíru spokojen a pokud se někdy v budoucnu rozhodnu pro další očkování, vím kam zajít. Doporučuji! After reading the other reviews, I was a little apprehensive, but the experience completely exceeded my expectations. The doctor was very pleasant, helpful and together with her sister they formed a great, nice and professional team. The spaces were also pleasant. I am extremely satisfied and if I decide to vaccinate again in the future, I know where to go. I recommend!
I	Irena Maresova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel musím napsat negativní hodnocení, protože pachuť z tohoto pracoviště stále přetrvává... Dlouhovlasá sestra je extrémně nepříjemná, řekla bych dokonce, že její chování je na hranici slušnosti a díky ní ani nedokončím všechna rozplánovaná očkování na tomto pracovišti, ale obrátím se jinam. S nerudným komentářem a vražedným pohledem mi přibouchla dveře před nosem a nechala mě stát na schodech, místo aby mě pustila do čekárny (dovolila jsem si přijít o 4 minuty dříve, než jsem byla objednána) a nakonec ještě měla dovětek ke své kolegyni, který si nejsem jistá, zda jsem měla nebo neměla slyšet. Každopádně tato paní by si měla uvědomit, co a kdo ji živí a měla by se ke klientům svého pracoviště tak chovat. Pokud to nedokáže, měli by asi páni lékaři zvážit, zda opravdu chtějí platit takovouto "reklamu". Další poznámka je k možnosti (nebo spíše nemožnosti) uplatnění TicketBenefit poukazů. Sice je tedy oficiálně přijímají, ale musíte je mít v přesné částce - nelze uhradit část poukazy a zbytek (třeba i 20 Kč) penězi, protože jde údajně o jiné účetnictví. Tímto se stává tento "benefit" naprosto nevyužitelným. Co se týká lékaře samotného, tak to nebyla úplně má krevní skupina, ale v zásadě si stěžovat nemůžu. Smůla no (v tomto případě však pouze pro tohoto poskytovatele péče), očkovacích pracovišť je hojně a boj o klienty může ovlivnit i jedna evidentně vyhořelá a neprofesionální žena. The long-haired nurse is extremely uncomfortable, I would even say that her behavior is on the verge of decency, and thanks to her I don't even finish all the scheduled vaccinations at this workplace, but I turn away. With a grim comment and a murderous look, she slammed the door in front of my nose and let me stand on the stairs instead of letting me in the waiting room (I dared to come 4 minutes before I was ordered) I'm not sure if I should or shouldn't have heard. In any case, this lady should be aware of what and who feeds her and should treat clients of her workplace that way. If it fails, doctors should probably consider whether they really want to pay for such "advertising". Another note is about the possibility (or rather impossibility) of using TicketBenefit vouchers. Although they are officially accepted, but you have to have the exact amount - you can not pay part of the voucher and the rest (even 20 CZK) money, because it is reportedly different accounts. This makes this "benefit" absolutely useless. As for the doctor himself, it wasn't quite my blood type, but basically I can't complain. Bad luck (but in this case only for this care provider), vaccination workplaces is abundant and the fight for clients can affect even one apparently burnt and unprofessional woman.

Vstřícný přístup. Po objednání vše rychlé, bez čekání. Krásné spojení lidského a profesionálního. Just the best experience. I've been here to vaccinate more than once. The nurse is a complete treasure, very pleasant, advises what she can, professionally on the amount. The doctor, too. Friendly approach. After ordering everything fast, without waiting. Beautiful combination of human and professional.

Sestřička super milá, hezké prostředí, profesionální jednání - ráda doporučím. :) Very nice lady doctor, everything pleasantly consulted, explained. Nurse super nice, nice environment, professional meetings - I would like to recommend. :)

Přítelkyně má hrůzu z injekcí, ale sestřička umí rozptýlit a odvést pozornost od vakcinace, že to přítelkyně ani nezaznamenala, že už je po vakcíně. Doktor super, vše vysvětlil, dle cílové země doporučil vakcíny. Určitě se budeme vracet I can only recommend. Nurse professional, empathetic and very nice. The girlfriend is terrified of the injections, but the nurse is able to distract and distract from the vaccination that the girlfriend did not even notice that she was after the vaccine. Doctor super, he explained everything, recommended vaccines according to the target country. We will definitely be back

(I recommend calling ahead just in case though). The price was good too. Got a bit lost to start with so I asked tourist information; it’s right by the market, you have to buzz to get in.
