The surgery itself went as planned with little difficulty as MediTravel even assited me with a tranlator. I would definitely recommend to try them out.

Considering I didn't know any specific clinic, I decided to contact Medical Travel Czech Republic, whose website looked from the first moment really professional and reliable. I was contacted by Helena Sivakova shortly after my request, and she provided me with all the necessary information, being always friendly and available whenever I was asking further questions. She helped me to find a clinic (Forme Clinic) and was asking for updates quite regularly in the last days before the operation (in case any last-minute request might pop up). I was positively surprised to meet her at the clinic on the morning of the operation, considered I thought at first that our would have simply been an email correspondence. Even live, she was very friendly, helpful and accommodating! She kindly reminded me to contact her after the surgery for follow-up questions or doubts of any kind: indeed, I had a couple of issues I wanted to ask more about, and she then contacted the clinic employees on my behalf. All this to say that my experience with Medical Travel Czech Republic (and specifically with Helena Sivakova) and with the clinic was great and I would totally recommend them! :)

My surgeon Dr Sandera far exceeded my expectations on every level of skill and professionalism and I am delighted with the results. The actual clinic is immaculate and beautiful, very modern with hi tech spec, far superior to anything I experienced in the UK in both NHS and private settings. All thanks to the coordinator Michaela she worked above and beyond to make sure I get everything I need from taxis to luxury hotels and fine dining recommendations. DR Baran has to be the best doctor I’ve met. He shows compassion and care throughout all the work he does. He gave me the best advice and has now changed my life for the better, I couldn’t thank him and Michaela more for everything. You have really helped an extremely insecure person come out of their shell, you are both in my prayers?

Its something I had been thinking about for so long and so glad I decided to go with Medical travel Czech. Everything about the trip was so easy and my travel coordinator Svetlana could not have done anymore of us. I travelled with my partner and 5 year old son and she made sure we were so well looked after. Making sure Travel to and from accommodation was looked after. I went to the clinic and left 2 hours after surgery and flew home 48hrs later. Within a week the bruises were gone. I could not recommend enough. Fantastic

From initial contact to post surgery, I have been very impressed with the service. The clinic is very professional and immaculately clean. The nurses and reception staff are very friendly and the contact at Medical Travel was always quick to return queries and they were there in person to go through paperwork and answer any questions. I would recommend their services to anyone. Post surgery, I travelled back home to the UK four days after surgery and am recovering well and so far, very pleased with the results.
