Když zavřu, zvýší se kvalita zdravotní péči, a budu zdravější pacienti. Once was enough and never again. One of the worst nurses I've ever known, a completely incompetent team of doctors, no patient service. When I close, the quality of health care will increase, and I will be healthier patients.

Dnes jsem byl objednán na 11:45 a ve 14:15 jsem stále nepřišel na řadu i když lidé co přišli až dávno po mě byli už odbavení. Absolute disaster !! I'm going to another doctor !! Today I was ordered at 11:45 and at 14:15 I still didn't come in, although people who came up long ago were already checked in.

Po hodině připomenutí se sestře, že jsem objednaný na určitou dobu, jenom odseknutí ať počkám. Jako ok nějaké čekání beru, ale po 4 hodinach čekání na výsledky mi sdělili, ať si zavolám příští týden, že ještě nejsou. Zabitá půlka dne s nulovym vysledkem. Naposledy!!! Absolutely crazy time of waiting and inability of nurses !! Waiting time 4 hours !!. After an hour of reminding the nurse that I am ordered for a certain period of time, just retort to wait. I take some waiting as ok, but after 4 hours waiting for the results, they told me to call next week that they are not yet. Killed half of the day with zero result. Naposledy !!!
J	Jan Rejmont on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otřesný přístup. Jste objednaný na čas. Sestry Vás v ten čas vezmou,ale pak čekáte přez hodinu v ordinaci, kde čekají další lidi. Dvakrát jsem to vzdal a odešel. To vás nechají i čekat, aniž by u doktorky někdo byl. Neumějí si to zorganizovat, obzvlášť v době covid protiopatření. Aby se lidi nepotkávali. Když jdu k jinému doktorovi, tak je ordinace prázdná, vezmou mě na čas, odchazim,a tam maximálne jeden člověk. Ale tady vás s dětmi nechají čekat hodiny a nezájem. Horrible approach. You are ordered on time. The nurses will take you at that time, but then you wait over an hour in the surgery, where other people are waiting. I gave it up twice and left. They will keep you waiting without anyone at the doctor's. They can't organize it, especially in times of covid countermeasures. So that people don't meet. When I go to another doctor, the surgery is empty, they take me on time, I leave, and there is a maximum of one person. But here you and the children will keep you waiting for hours and not interested.
M	Marnemi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poprvé čekací doba 4 měsíce na odběr krve. Po druhé jsem byla objednána na určitou hodinu, čekala jsem skoro tři! Po třech hodinách mi sestra sdělila výsledek z krve, s lékařkou jsem vůbec nemluvila, toť vše a lidé co přicházeli i více jak hodinu po mně, šli do ordinace dřív. NECHÁPU! For the first time, a waiting period of 4 months for blood collection. Secondly, I was ordered for a certain hour, I was waiting for almost three! After three hours, the nurse told me the result of the blood, I didn't talk to the doctor at all, that's all, and people who came more than an hour after me went to the surgery earlier. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND!
m	matej svalec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doktorka je uzasna, ale setricky bohuzel. Cekani je dlouhe. Extremne dlouhe. Urcite maji stale pacienti, ti jsou zvykli na 3h cekani. The doctor is amazing, but sadly unfortunately. Waiting is long. Extremely long. They certainly have permanent patients, they are used to 3 hours of waiting.
M	Martin Kachlík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po 4 hodinách čekání (přestože jsme byli objednaní) mně a mému 5-letému synovi oznámili, že nás paní doktorka už nevezme, protože si musí něco zařídit. Mamika se 4-letou holčičkou, která tam čekala ještě o dvacet minut déle, se rozplakala... Reakce doktory (sestřičky)? Přeobědnání za půl roku! Po hádce jsem souhlasil s tím, že chci ale rovnou výstupní papíry (výpis složky), že jdeme jinam a za těch 6 měsíců, budeme na řadě první! Ano a tak se i stalo, dnes jsme tam po půl roce přišli (opět volno v práci, syn odhlášená školka) a vzali nás hned... ale paní doktorka tam dnes NENÍ! Tak jsem se vzteknul s tím, že tohle už fakt není možné! Odpovědí mi bylo, že za to nemůžou, že paní doktorka šla k lékaři... Tak jsem se zeptal, zda mají teda alespoň připravené naše výstupní papíry a hádejte co... ne... neměli. S prásknutím dveří odcházíme jinam. (díky, MUDr. Zuzana Medková Ph.D.!) After 4 hours of waiting (even though we were ordered), I and my 5-year-old son were informed that the doctor would not take us anymore because she had to make arrangements. Mom and the 4-year-old girl, who had been waiting there for twenty minutes longer, cried ... Reaction from the doctors (nurses)? Reorder in half a year! After the quarrel, I agreed that I want the output papers (folder listing) straight away, that we are going elsewhere, and in those 6 months, it will be our turn first! Yes, and so it happened, today we came there after half a year (again at work, son checked out of kindergarten) and took us right away ... but the doctor is NOT there today! So I got angry that this really isn't possible anymore! The answer was that they were not to blame for the fact that the doctor went to the doctor ... So I asked if they had at least our exit papers ready and guess what ... no ... they didn't. With the crack of the door, we leave elsewhere. (thanks, MUDr. Zuzana Medková Ph.D.!)

Nyní užívám autovakcínu co mi p. doktorka nechala připravit. Trochu se mnou mává, ale vydržím a doberu. I want to thank the doctor. I was very sick, like never before in my life. I'm fine and full of energy. I am now taking the car vaccine that the doctor had prepared for me. He waves a little with me, but I can hold on.
