M	Mate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. They don't care!!! 2. They don't have basic medical skills!!! How to wrap a wound? Which painkiller for muscle and bone pain? Those are big mysteries to Canadian medical personel
B	Bukowinian Black Metal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woman at the reception is terrible, doesn't want to work and acts horribly. Some doctors are ok, but good luck getting the same one next time. It's a good idea to have your own GP in Czechia.
G	G K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice environment. And that's pretty much everything nice about EUC Premium. It is imposible to make an appointment for the enxt day. In the best case you get such in a week. No matter what is your case, they just say "we do not have the doctor now, we'll have it in one week" . If you need an X-ray or similar exam this might take a month. And if you insist on a sooner date, they just tell you to go to hospital/clinic. The only good service they provide is the physiotherapy, nothing else!

Don't RECOMMEND! - First bad service with them was in July 2017 where I had quite a lot of pain on my back and their general doctor told me I have an infection on my kidneys and I should be seen by an Urologist, but the fastest appointment was two weeks later because the only two Urologist they have were both on vacation at the same time! I end up going to the public Hospital and get the antibiotics after 1 hour waiting in the queue. -Second bad service: I've scheduled a Dental Hygiene and they informed me that will cost 900 Kc, I've agreed with the price, but a week later, and a couple of days before the Dental appointment they send me a message that they are sorry but they need to raise the Dental Checkup price to 1500 Kc!!! unbelievable!!

I went there with illness and I got inappropriate treatment, 3 different doctors treated me. And almost every one of them asked me why I dont have my own practitioner, like I would be a burden. Although there are few good specialists and like two or three good practitioners, I dont recommend the clinic.
R	Reham Aly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most terrible medical centre I have ever seen in my entire life. The doctors are ignorant and rude especially the dentist. Both me and my daughter have been treated by her last year and we had to redo everything again, because she did it all wrong causing us lots of pain and extra money. She should be dismissed immediately before committing more crimes. As for the orthopedic, same ignorance and unprofessionalizm. I had to go twice for an xray examination, coz the doctor's PC wasn't working and in order to take another appointment, you better go see someone else...such a waste of time, money and effort. Don't go there if you wanna be really treated.

Arrogance and indifference isn't the first experience you want to give to people who needs understanding and compassion in the time of need. This company is preying on non-czech employees of multinationals. Doctors don't care, shove you out of doors as soon as possible, won't take a second look at you. Nice environment is the only plus.

The croatian doctor is unbelievably rude saying things like: "answer just yes or no!" or "I dont have time, I have got people waiting!" even though I had a standard appointment and was very nice to him! If this is a Premium Clinic, I do not want to see a Non-Premium one.
