Jednoduše pobocka zbytečného personálu, který ani nemůže zrušit kreditní kartu. Nemluvě o firemní části, řízené někým, kdo vždy chodí na dovolenou v Thajsku a zůstává celý den s rukama za hlavou při pohledu na monitor a předstíráním, že pracuje ... Špatné! Drž se dál!
Simply a branch of unnecessary staff who can't even cancel a credit card. Not to mention the corporate part, driven by someone who always goes on holiday in Thailand and stays all day with his hands behind his head looking at the monitor and pretending to be working ... Bad! Stay away!

If you are a foreigner stay in general from all raiffeisen banks, even for a small loan even meeting all criteria you will be denied with bank confidential negative data

This feedback is after 4 months as a Raiffeisen bank customer. The service is absolutely perfect. You must to schedule the meeting before come because they are very committed with quality of service. I was received by Alena that is an amazing person and very qualified and committed professional. She knows about every bank process and she is very attentive. Once I asked for example about the availability of the Samsung Pay in Czech Republic and I showed her a Russian announcement about the technology and she helped me to understand about the availability, so I have just positive feed about her. For the new customers, about credit card, it's necessary to wait 3 months of salary to request the credit card, and to buy online is needed to request and wait 2 weeks. I am very satisfied with the service, it's an excellent bank. Update - service still awesome!
