★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedním slovem hnus. Byly jsme na centru hypoték kde sedí mladá slečna nepříjemná a ne ochotná jak pr.... Zrovna od téhle banky bych čekal trochu respektu a úcty ke klientům a ne sarkastické jednání a mladou slečnu co ani neví co může a nemůže dělat. Měli by jste si lépe vybírat zaměstnance na takovéhle pozice. Tu jednu hvězdu dávám protože aspoň na recepci měli snahu a byli milý.
 One word of disgust. We were at the center of mortgages where a young lady sitting uncomfortable and not willing to pr .... Just from this bank I would expect a little respect and respect for clients and not sarcastic behavior and young lady who does not even know what can and cannot do. You should better choose employees for such positions. I give that one a star because at least at the reception they had an effort and were nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normální banka. Silně pozitivní obsluha, jak už to tak v bankách bývá, běžné služby. Ničím nevybočující produkty. S osobních důvodů jsem tam skončil a přešel jinam.
Normal bank. Strongly positive service, as is usual in banks, regular services. Non-existent products. For personal reasons, I ended up there and moved on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla dnes, potřebovala pomoct vložit peníze a konzultace. Mne skoro vyhodila strašně nepříjemná paní, řikla ze musím jít na jiní pobočku, protože nemá na mne čas! Ale v bance nikdo nebyl! Nikdy v životě tam nepůjdu! Takové chování ještě nepotkala v bance!
Today, she needed help putting in money and consulting. I was almost fired by a terribly unpleasant lady, she said I had to go to another branch because she didn't have time for me! But no one was in the bank! I will never go there in my life! She has not encountered such behavior in the bank yet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to RaiffeisenBANK at university campus and was attended by petr lola from the mail I get from him is [email protected] on 1st Oct to open account. I am a new staff of AT&T. Until today 9th of Oct he hasn’t opened and his customer relations is zero. I need my account details from my working place and I can’t get it ready. I will simply use another bank since am already not happy with the bank again.
