Měli jsme více nabídek a jsme rádi, že jsme se pro tuto firmu rozhodli. Výborný vzhled pergoly Skyline která se skvěle hodí k našemu domu a termín dodání, byl dokonce o týden dříve než bylo ve smlouvě 4 týdny. Nevěřil jsem, protože konkurence měla vždy 6-8 týdnů. Vše proběhlo a na letošní sezónu se těšíme až tuto pergolu budeme užívat v létě při grilovaní. Tato firma ma právem slogan ,,nejprodávanější pergola na trhu” a vřele doporučuji. Jen aby u nás bylo více takových firem, přeji ať se Vám daří ? My wife and I chose Algogola on the basis of a perfect approach and personal dealings. We had more offers and we are glad that we decided for this company. The excellent appearance of the Skyline pergola, which fits perfectly with our house and the delivery date, was even a week earlier than 4 weeks in the contract. I didn't believe it because the competition was always 6-8 weeks old. Everything went and we are looking forward to this season when we will use this pergola in the summer when grilling. This company rightly has the slogan "the best-selling pergola on the market" and I highly recommend it. Just to have more such companies with us, I wish you well ?

Komunikace převážně z mé strany, ale jen posouvání termínu. Tak pergola je hotová. Tři měsíce po termínu. Vzhled, kvalita i práce montérů je na dobré úrovni. Nebýt špatné komunikace a zpoždění (celosvětový problém s materiály), tak bych mohl firmu jen doporučit Good day, I would like to praise like most customers, but I have nothing. Zástupci společnosti garantovali termín, který nebyl reálný, což bylo patrné až po nějaké době, kdy pak sami přiznali, že nestíhají dodávky a zjevně již dlouhodobě. To je jediný šrám, který byl dle mého názoru zbytečný. Příště doporučuji řici férově, kdy může být dodávka realizována, zákazníci to jistě pochopí. Pergoly jsme se již dočkali a tady začne chvála - montáž proběhla naprosto perfektně. Práce techniků byla naprosto bezchybná - pánové Tomášek a Doležálek pracovali nesmírně profesionálně, důkladně. Překvapil mě také jejich okamžitý úklid po každé práci, která generovala nepořádek. Zároveň sami na místě vyřešili jisté nedostatky v dodávce konstrukce a technologie pro montáž, kdy hrozilo, že kvůli chybějícím komponentům nebude moci být pergola smontována ten den. Pánové zachránili dobrou pověst této společnosti, kdy jsme na chvíli zapomněli na ty strasti s neustálým posouváním temrínů. Když přetrpíte tuto počáteční etapu realizace dodávky (myšleno právě posouvání termínů), budete pak maximálně spokojeni. Pergola je skvělá. A těch postranních rolet se snad již taky brzy dočkáme, jejich dodání ( v pozdějším termínu :) ) nám už slíbili, tak snad ....budeme doufat :)))) There was a problem with AL Pergoly from the outset in terms of delivery time. Representatives of the company guaranteed a date that was not realistic, which was evident only after some time, when they themselves admitted that they did not catch up with deliveries and apparently for a long time. That is the only scar that I think was unnecessary. Next time, I recommend saying fairly when the delivery can be made, customers will certainly understand. We have already seen the pergolas and here the praise begins - the installation went absolutely perfectly. The work of the technicians was absolutely flawless - Mr. Tomášek and Mr. Doležálek worked extremely professionally, thoroughly. I was also surprised by their immediate cleaning after every job that generated clutter. At the same time, they solved certain shortcomings on the spot in the supply of construction and assembly technology, when there was a risk that the pergola could not be assembled that day due to missing components. The gentlemen saved the good reputation of this society, when we for a moment forgot about the miseries with the constant shifting of deadlines. When you endure this initial stage of delivery delivery (meaning just postponing deadlines), you will then be maximally satisfied. The pergola is great. And we will hopefully see those side blinds soon, their delivery (at a later date :)) has already been promised to us, so maybe .... we will hope :))))

Při dokončení stavby rodinného domu jsme se setkali s různým jednáním, kvalitou práce, dodacími termíny, ale tuhle firmu jako jedinou budu doporučovat. Příjemné jednání, poradí, reagují na telefon, i maily. I přesto, že nebyla dodržena lhůta dodání (což je celkem běžné v dnešní době), tak se k tomu postavili čelem. Pergola krásná, předčila očekávání a každý chválí, jak je hezká. Tak snad vydrží. I can recommend AL pergola from my own experience. When the construction of the family house was completed, we encountered various negotiations, quality of work, delivery dates, but I will be the only one to recommend this company. Pleasant meetings, advice, respond to the phone and emails. Even though the delivery deadline was not met (which is quite common nowadays), they faced this. Pergola beautiful, exceeded expectations and everyone praises how beautiful she is. So hopefully it will last.
M	Milan Švanda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S průběhem celé zakázky jsem byl velice spokojen. Vše fungovalo, jak bylo dohodnuto. Pracovníci u zaměření i montáže byli příjemní a šikovní. Montáž proběhla velice rychle a výsledek je moc pěkný. Přestože jsem si vybral levnější variantu pergoly s polykarbonátem (Espace), výsledek působí luxusním dojmem, který podtrhuje i LED osvětlení ve dvou krokvích. Jediné, co mě zkraje trochu překvapilo a co by zcela určitě měla takováto kvalitní firma napravit je fakt, že nedodávají jako součást řešení také zábradlí, pokud je terasa vyvýšená, což snad zas není tak málo častý případ. Toto je ale problém všech výrobců, které jsem poptával a zábradlí jsem si musel nechat vyrobit od jiné firmy, která se ale zase nezabývá zastřešením. Ale pokud pominu tuto komplikaci, mohu firmu Al-pergoly jednoznačně doporučit. I was very satisfied with the course of the whole order. Everything worked as agreed. The staff at the survey and assembly were pleasant and handy. The assembly took place very quickly and the result is very nice. Although I chose a cheaper variant of the pergola with polycarbonate (Espace), the result creates a luxurious impression, which is underlined by LED lighting in two rafters. The only thing that surprised me a little and what such a quality company should definitely fix is the fact that they do not supply railings as part of the solution, if the terrace is elevated, which is perhaps not such an uncommon case. However, this is a problem of all the manufacturers that I requested, and I had to have the railing made by another company, which, in turn, does not deal with roofing. But if I omit this complication, I can definitely recommend Al-pergoly.

Firma komunikovala delší dodání ihned - že je třeba počkat až půl roku kvůli nedostatku zboží, což dodržela. Pracovníci smontovali vše naprosto přesně i po sobě uklidili a pergola včetně integrovaného osvětlení zatím slouží. Pergola ordered at the fair, the worker arrived early for the focus. V	Verda G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S hliníkovou pergolou jsme naprosto spokojeni. Dodání proběhlo v termínu, nemuseli jsme dlouhot čekat a ještě jsme dostali slevu za objednávku před hlavní sezónou. Jsme rádi, že jsme si nechali poradit a zvolili nakonec větší pergolu, než jsme původně chtěli, protože ji využíváme celou a dobře stíní. Jediná drobnost, se kterou musíte počítat, je, že na zakopání vývodu okapní roury a opravení (a nařezání) zámkové dlažby kolem nohou pergoly si budete muset pozvat nějakou další firmu. Tedy je potřeba počítat s výdaji navíc. Nicméně dávám 5 hvězd, byla to dobrá volba a jsme spokojeni.
R	Romana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al pergoly mužů vřele doporučit. Co se týká termínu, tak nám zdělili, že se spozdi z důvodu covidu, ale bylo to jenom o 14 dní. Jinak práce provedena perfektně, všechno sedělo jak má a i když montážníci pracovali ve tmě a v dešti, všechno sedí na milimetr a vše si po sobě uklidili. Nemám žádné výhrady, budeme ještě objednávat rolety. V téhle době chápu, že je se vším zpoždění, ničeho nic neni. Ale to bude u jakekoliv firmy. Al pergolas men highly recommend.
