★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po instalaci a tedy i zaplaceni jiz neni zakaznik dulezity. Reklamace ci zadost o vyreseni problemu je nerealne. Absolutne nekompetentni k podnikani.
I kdyz jsem si puvodne myslel, ze byla alespon instalace spravne odvedena, tak po konzultaci s jinym servisakem je i instalace totalne zpackana.
Tedy nemohu doporucit.

Although I originally thought that at least the installation was done correctly, after consulting with another service technician, the installation is completely messed up.
So I can't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pozor na tuto firmu !!! Dodali dvoje dveře se stejným poškozením a reklamaci musíte řešit jedině přes soud, jelikož vám jí neuznají. Neustálé výmluvy a řešení s nimi nenajdete. Nikdy více!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vynikajici spoluprace pri vymene oken v celem cinzovnim dome, od zamereni, zasmluvneni, pripravu, demontaz a likvidaci starych oken, cela realizace pak probehla na jednicku, pozarucni servis jsem zatim vyhit nemusel. Servisni oddeleni mi ale seridilo jina okna a dvere od jinych vyrobcu. Naprosta spokojenost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dveře dodány po termínu,kdy řidič ani nevypl motor a tady je máte. Nejsou lidi tak prý svépomocí. ??ok.,byla mi vrácena platba za montáž. A už to jelo. První reklamace:to je špatně osazeny pane.fajn,vybouraly a znovu osadily. Za dva roky už je vybouravaly 3x. dnes je to u soudu a čekáme soudní znalce. Popis vady: hliníkové dveře za 65tis.se v mrazech když na ně nesvítí slunce prohnou směrem do domu,kdy vyboulení dosahuje až 9mm. To vám ta mezera sfoukne i svíčku. Při sluníčku a nízkých teplotách se zase vybouli směrem za sluncem v takové míře,že moje žena přes zavřené dveře prostrčí všechny prsty a zamává!
