Answer from their manager: " That is really weird, I hear it first time that someone would complain about this post lady."...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can say that I'm a regular by now, haha. I've only had pleasant experience with this post office. They were very kind and helpful. I tried to communicate in Czech mainly but they also spoke English to me, without me asking... Probably my Czech was not that great ?
I have to mention that I'm referring to the Czech Post Customs Office, I don't know about the other one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is totally disaster. I came because nobody said to my mom in my home country to list the clothes, weight and price. This was not our fault but fault of the post service. Because of it they made us wait for 2 hours in the queue. People who work there are totally not efficient. Working hours are from 8 to 15 00 from Monday to Friday!! Why? People are working and coming there and have to wait for hours just for some useless bureaucracy! I had t show email from my mom, no one actually cares what is inside. Please increase efficiency and the way of processing parcels!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this office and the whole Czech Post company at all costs. There is no need to go into details of the experience, it can't be fixed, the whole management strategy just needs upside down restructure. Just whenever you can, use other mailing companies. The problem with Czech Post is that you are occasionally forced to use their service. More so they force you to visit their branches which is simply criminal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hot space and no ventilation. I feel for the staff. Also, only a couple of windows open with a lot of people waiting. If you want to use Czech point, better go directly to the one in Anděl. Here you'll wait for an hour or so
