Měli osadit okna a začistit zdi, ve finále zednické práce neudělali a já jsem si musel shánět zedníky aby práci dodělali. Technik tvrdil že osazení oken i se zednickými pracemi bude trvat jeden den, ale sami montážníci řekli, že taková práce by byla minimálně na dva dny, takže technik už ze začátku lhal a to musel sám moc dobře vědět jak dlouho bude zadaná práce trvat. Jednání ze strany firmy je skandální. I definitely do not recommend this company. They got a job assignment and changed it without letting them know. They had to install windows and clean the walls, they didn't do the masonry work in the finals, and I had to find masons to finish the work. The technician claimed that the installation of windows, even with masonry work, would take time one day, but the installers themselves said that such work would be for at least two days, so the technician lied from the beginning and he had to know very well how long the assigned work would take. The dealings on the part of the company are scandalous.
P	Petr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firmu vřele nedoporučuji! Naprosto nefér jednání! Při předběžné nabídce firma si účtovala za demontáž stávajících zárubní 360 CZK bez DPH. Firma byla upozorněna, že se jedná o dveře (zárubně) v panelovém domě - panel. Nyní po finální nabídce stoupla cena za tuto položku na 5.360 bez DPH ! Poptávka, která byla z naší strany bylo na vícero místech, kde v jednom případě se jednalo o cihlový dům , cena stejná, jako panel. Prvotní nabídka dosti klamná a výslednou sumu to o několik tisíc navýšilo. Jiná nejmenovaná společnost, která byla oslovena si účtuje za demontáž 1817 CZK bez DPH - a to se jedná o panelový dům. Velké zklamání, už z důvodu, že se nejednalo jen o jedny bytové dveře! I do not highly recommend the company! Absolutely unfair dealing! During the preliminary offer, the company charged 360 CZK without VAT for the dismantling of the existing door frames. The company was informed that this is a door (door frame) in a panel house - panel. Now after the final offer, the price for this item has risen to 5,360 excluding VAT! The demand, which was on our part, was in several places, where in one case it was a brick house, the same price as the panel. The initial offer is quite misleading and it increased the final amount by several thousand. Another unnamed company that was approached charges 1817 CZK without VAT for dismantling - and this is a panel house. Big disappointment, because it wasn't just one apartment door!

Dodali pouze kliky za dvojnásobnou cenu než je cena běžná a naúčtovali cenu za dopravu z Dobříše, přestože opravu jsem objednala u pobočky v Praze. Unfair, incompetent and expensive company. They were not able to carry out the ordered window repair, while another company did it without any problems. They only delivered the handles for twice the price than the normal price and charged the price for transport from Dobříš, although I ordered the repair from the branch in Prague.
