★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a bag during checkout. There were lots of them just behind the cashier, but she kept staring at me silently, even though it was 100% obvious what I was asking for. In the end I had to ask another customer to explain it to the cashier in Czech language, and only then did I get a bag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice local supermarket, we went there twice last couple days to get a big slice of watermelon and some drinks. The young man serving was very nice and remembered us from the day before. Our trip now has ended - otherwise this would be our go to place for supplies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier lady is the most unprofessional personal I have ever seen! She is rude and pretended she does not hear me when I asked to pay partially with Sodexo card. When I finally got her “attention” she only said “ nerozumím” and turned away. All that time I was talking in Czech with her.. only when I asked a guy to tell her this, she suddenly understood.. definitely hates foreigners or I have no other reason

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience today. The machine was broken and the people working there were very rude, claiming that I broke it. If the people working in Albert doesn’t like their job, they should quit. Avoid this place!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy Albert with everything you might need. Some merchandise is missing, but due to the size of the store it is understandable. Even so, you will find alternatives here.
Personal is friendly, trying to help. If he doesn't know something exactly, he'll ask the management. I've seen a big improvement.
The store is very fresh food oriented.
I recommend!
