We have a very negative experience with Albion Reality. Mr Broker gave us an apartment rental from his acquaintance, which proved to be unfit for proper use due to increased noise levels from neighboring apartments from early morning to late night hours. Although the broker on the inspection told us that the apartment is quiet and the neighbors have no problems, the very first day after moving in showed the opposite. We assume that the broker was either aware of the problem and kept it from us or he did not know that he was doing his job inadequately. Perhaps all the neighbors we talked to had some experience with the noise in the house - it was enough to ask, the landlady was in contact with several of them. The owner also referred to the old construction of the house (the house is from the 30s) - an experienced broker should be able to assess the risks of such construction. We tried to solve the problem directly with the owner, who, however, without coming to evaluate the situation personally or on behalf of, questioned our experience and repeatedly suggested that we move out. Therefore, we also asked Mr. Broker for help - but we feel that all the time he was defending the interests of his acquaintance as ours, even though it was us who paid him a considerable commission for arranging the lease. We finally had to move out of the apartment because of the persistent noise. So if you are looking for a real estate agency that cares about the satisfaction of your customers, avoid Albion.
