★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji - Absolutně nedoporučuji, měl jsem u nich jednou automobil na ope leasing a už nikdy více. Arogantní přístup k zákazníkovi, nesoulady při předčasném splacení leasingu, jimi vyčíslená částka neodpovídala tomu co jsem nakonec musel zaplatit, neochota k jednaní.
 I do not recommend - I absolutely do not recommend, I once had a car for ope leasing with them and never again. Arrogant approach to the customer, discrepancies in the early repayment of the lease, the amount calculated by them did not correspond to what I had to pay in the end, reluctance to act.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nabízený vůz v nabídce byl, ale o desetitisíce vyšší cena než v inzerci. A to jen proto, že je na to údajně i jiný kupec. Takže toto není pro mě ..... Jinak příjemná obsluha ....
The offered car was on offer, but the price was tens of thousands higher than in the advertisement. And only because there is supposedly another buyer. So this is not for me ..... Otherwise pleasant service ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALD Automotive ist was den Kundenservice und Mailverlauf betrifft eine Kathastrophe.
Nach dem ich bereits desöfteren mit Herrn Ernst aus dem Kundenservice gesprochen hatte und ihn darüber informiert habe, dass die Anzahlung des Autos bereits überwiesen wurde, (ich wurde per Mail und per Post informiert, dass ALD den Betrag NOCH EINMAL?!?!?! am 17.12 von meinem Konto abbuchen wird), wurde der Betrag nun trotzdem eingezogen, sogar dann noch 4 Tage vor "der Frist".
Was läuft hier schief??!?!
Der Mailverlauf für die Übergabe des Autos lässt auch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Lt. ALD sollte das Auto erst im Januar 22 fertig gestellt sein, seit Ende November steht der Fiat schon vor meiner Tür, dank AUTOHAUS KÖNIG, die für die Übergabe des Fahrzeugs zuständig waren und mir wirklich gut weitgergeholfen haben.
ALD Automotive is a disaster when it comes to customer service and email history.
After I had already spoken several times with Mr. Ernst from customer service and informed him that the deposit for the car had already been transferred (I was informed by email and post that ALD would pay the amount AGAIN?!?!?! will be debited from my account on December 17th), the amount was still collected, even 4 days before "the deadline".
What's wrong here ??!?!
The email history for handing over the car also leaves a lot to be desired. Lt. ALD the car shouldn't be finished until January 22nd, the Fiat has been in front of my door since the end of November, thanks to AUTOHAUS KÖNIG, who were responsible for handing over the vehicle and who really helped me a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a leased vehicle from ALD, which I had to return upon early termination in another branch. During the inspection I was informed that the vehicle has no excessive damage and everything looked normal. Few weeks later I received an invoice for damage report. Funny thing is that in the invoice, they had included wrongly some damages which I had reported earlier. I had to email them multiple times in order to get things settled. The sad thing is that for all the above mentioned inconvenience they only issued a small amount for credit. Overall, I do not recommend ALD at all for leasing a vehicle. They will try and drain out every cent from your pocket. There are much better leasing companies out there which provide newer vehicles for better prices and better costumer service.
