Faktem je, ze delaji svou praci velmi odpovedne a objektivne s akcentem na smluvni dokumentaci. Jinak vozy v nabidce jsou pekne. Opravdu nechápu, proč taková mezinárodní společnost a takovým obratem, najme nějaký sekretářky, aby vyrobila něco tak špatného... Vždyť je to dělaný v základní Template pro .NET ve visual studiu... to je prostě, trapný. I have never seen such a bad portal in my life as myALD, dysfunctional .. perhaps absolutely everything .. big problem even log in ... I really don't understand why such an international company and with such a turnaround will hire some secretaries to produce something so bad ... After all, it's done in the basic Template for .NET in the visual studio ... it's just awkward.

Při převzetí vozu s vámi sepíšou protokol, ve kterém vyznačí zaškrtáním ve formuláři kde jsou jakože nějaká poškození, to si nechaj podepsat a po pár týdnech zašlou vyčíslení těch poškození. Že si to vyčíslí tak, aby se jim to sakra vyplatilo je myslím jasné. A když to pak rozporujete tak vám lakonicky odepíšou, že jste s tím přece při předání auta svým podpisem souhlasil. Nikdy více.. When taking over the car, they will write a report with you, in which they will mark it with a check mark in the form where there are any damage, have it signed and after a few weeks they will send a quantification of the damage. I think it's clear that they'll figure it out so damn well. And if you then contradict it, they will tell you succinctly that you did agree to it when handing over the car with your signature. Never again ..

V našem případě poškození podlahy v nákladovém prostoru dodávky, na který nám autorizovaný servis řekl, že jde o běžné promáčknutí způsobené něčím těžkým, a které se nikdy nebude opravovat - ALD si naúčtovalo přes 10 000 korun za nadměrné opotřebení. Pochopil bych to u osobních vozů, ale u pracovní dodávky H350, ve které se vozí během zápůjčky (3 roky) x věcí, to je směšné. Nikdy více The whole process of renting cars without any problems. M	Manos Meletakos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a leased vehicle from ALD, which I had to return upon early termination. During the inspection I was informed that the vehicle has no excessive damage and everything looked normal. Few weeks later I received an invoice for damage report. Funny thing is that in the invoice, they had included wrongly some damages which I had reported earlier. I had to email them multiple times in order to get things settled. The sad thing is that for all the above mentioned inconvenience they only issued a small amount for credit. Overall, I do not recommend ALD at all for leasing a vehicle. They will try and drain out every cent from your pocket. There are much better leasing companies out there which provide newer vehicles for better prices and better costumer service.
