Prosím jen ten automat na kávu, to je hnus to se nedá pít už roky. Záchody po rekonstrukci paráda. I'm very satisfied. Almost all spare parts are in stock. Po instalaci nového kondenzačního kotle Junkers ZWBR 30-3 E, jsme si chtěli prodloužit záruku na dobu pěti let. Přesně podle návodu na webových stránkách firmy jsme zaregistrovali zařízení , obratem jsme dostali pokyny k zaplacení této prodloužení záruky, ale po jejím zaplacení jsme doposud nedostali ani po týdnu od provedení platby, zápis o přijetí platby na účet firmy, ani potvrzení o prodloužení záruky. Komunikace s firmou je velice obtížná a webové stránky firmy jsou velice svízelné a v oblasti elektronické komunikace nepřehledné. Odesílání elektronická korespondence je svízelná a téměř nemožná.
