★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zcela neprofesionální jednání - můj dotaz na možnost opravy TV skončil strohým sdělením "abych objednával součástku za 5 000 korun a zkoušel, zda je to v ní nebo ne a pak mi zůstala na skladě, to já dělat nebudu". Fajn, OK. Alespoň vím, na koho se v budoucnu nemám obracet.
Completely unprofessional meeting - my question about the possibility of repairing the TV ended with a stern message "to order a part for 5,000 crowns and test whether it is in it or not and then it remained in stock, I will not do that". Fine, OK. At least I know who I shouldn't contact in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měl jsem zlomenou "nohu" u TV podstavce Samsung. Pan Liebicher mi nabídl celý podstavec z jiné TV, který pasoval a za dobrou cenu. Během minuty přemontoval držák a odcházel jsem s funkční TV. Byl jsem velmi spokojen.
I had a broken "leg" at the Samsung TV stand. Mr. Liebicher offered me a whole stand from another TV, which fit and at a good price. Within a minute, he reassembled the bracket and left with a working TV. I was very satisfied.
