★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvely pristup. Zatimco jinde mi rekli, ze s neprijemnou prkotinou, ze mi nejdou zavrit dvere, tim padem ani zavrit auto, rekli at prijedu za tyden, tady mi na to hned koukli a opravili. Ani nic nechteli. Myslim, ze tady si zakazniku opravdu vazi.
Great approach. While elsewhere they told me that with an unpleasant crash, that I couldn't close the door, and therefore didn't close the car, they said that I would arrive in a week, they immediately looked at me and fixed it. They didn't even want anything. I think he really cares about the customer here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Хотела записаться на очередное техобслуживание mazda. На телефонные звонки не отвечали. Заполнила форму на официальном сайте mazda.cz, оставила информацию для связи со мной. Прошло больше 2 месяцев - никто не позвонил, электронного ответа тоже не пришло. Прошла обслуживание в другом салоне. Зачем создавать формы на сайте, если на них никто не реагирует?!
I wanted to book my next mazda service. Phone calls were not answered. Filled out a form on the official website mazda.cz, left information to contact me. More than 2 months have passed - no one has called, no email has been received either. I got service at another salon. Why create forms on the site if no one responds to them?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je zde zastoupení více značek automobilů. V salónu je trošku nepřehledno, díky menšímu prostoru. Parkoviště venku není rozhodně reprezentativní a vypadá jako odstavná plocha servisu. Personál příjemný.
There are more automotive brands. There is a little confusing in the salon, thanks to smaller space. The parking lot is not definitely representative and looks like a parking area. Staff pleasant.
