Mohu tedy doporučit. Celkově na mě prostředí Karlovarské pobočky zapůsobilo přátelským a profesionálním dojmem. T.N. M	Milan Švec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, dnes jsem navštívil Carpoint Karlovy Vary a celkem mě překvapilo, jak se zhoršily služby na tomto místě. Sice jsem přišel jen kvůli drobnosti - výměně baterie v klíčích, ale i na takové věci se v přístupu lidí hodně pozná. Vstoupil jsem a procházel jsem kolem recepce, kde byly tři dámy, řekl jsem nahlas dobrý den - žádná odpověď. Došel jsem k přijímacímu stolečku, kdy byla další dáma, řekl jsem jí co potřebuji, a ona se zeptala kolegy, jestli se pro výměnu baterie musí v systému zadávat zakázka, kolega odpověděl, že ano. Na to se ta dáma velmi znuděně zatvářila a odfoukla si. Po výměně baterie jsem poděkoval a při odchodu jsem znovu procházel kolem recepce, kde se stále bavili ty tři dámy (nejednalo se o klienty) a nahlas jsem řekl na shledanou - opět bez jakékoli reakce. Můj požadavek byl sice vyřešen, ale můj dojem a pocit z návštěvy není dobrý. Krásný interiér, velký počet zaměstnanců, dobré oblečení zaměstnanců, ale chování takové, že bych příště raději šel jinam. Přitom jsem tam v době mé návštěvy zahlédl už jen jednoho dalšího klienta, takže o zaneprázdněnosti nemůže být řeč. Hello, today I visited Carpoint Karlovy Vary and I was quite surprised how the services at this place deteriorated. Although I came only for a small thing - replacing the battery in the keys, but even for such things, there is a lot of people's approach. I entered and walked around the reception desk, where there were three ladies, and I said hello out loud - no answer. I walked over to the reception table when there was another lady, told her what I needed, and she asked a colleague if a system had to be ordered to replace the battery, and a colleague said yes. The lady looked very bored and blew herself away. After changing the battery, I thanked and when I left, I walked around the reception again, where the three ladies were still talking (they were not clients) and I said goodbye - again without any reaction. My request has been resolved, but my impression and feeling from the visit is not good. Beautiful interior, large number of employees, good staff clothes, but behavior such that next time I would rather go elsewhere. At the same time, I saw only one other client there at the time of my visit, so there can be no question of being busy.

Jednání bylo maximálně profesionální, rychlé a korektní. Velký dík patří panu Gregorovi, který měl celý proces na starost. Jednoznačně doporučuji! Thank you Autopalace KV for finding and arranging the purchase of a car. It was a rare BMW model that is hard to find. The car was in great condition, exceeding my expectations. The negotiations were maximally professional, fast and correct. Many thanks to Mr. Gregor, who was in charge of the whole process. I definitely recommend!
P	PH OP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na lince mi bylo sděleno, že auto mohou dovézt na jinou pobočku oproti vratné záloze 5000,- Kč. Při následné komunikaci s prodejcem se záloha 5000,- ukázala jako nevratná. Auto tehdy stálo 549 tis., měl jsem vážný zájem, ale záloha mě od koupě odradila. Je to nějaký měsíc, auto je stále na prodej ale už za 499 tis. Kč. Zajímavý přístup, na jedné straně se prodejce nechce vzdát 5 tis. a na druhou stranu už přichází o 50 tis. a o další potenciální zákazníky. Přesto dávám 5 , nechci kazit průměr, doporučuji zapracovat na strategii komunikace se zákazníkem. I was told on the line that they could bring the car to another branch, compared to a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000. During the subsequent communication with the seller, the deposit of 5,000 proved to be non-refundable. The car cost 549 thousand at the time, I was seriously interested, but the deposit discouraged me from buying. It's been a month, the car is still for sale but for 499 thousand. CZK. An interesting approach, on the one hand, the seller does not want to give up 5 thousand. and on the other hand it is already losing 50 thousand. and other potential customers. Nevertheless, I give 5 , I do not want to spoil the average, I recommend working on a strategy of communication with the customer.
M	Michael Kotlár on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Má zkušenost s AutoPalace Karlovy Vary a prodejcem panem Zpěvákem je skvělá, zakoupil jsem zde Mazdu 3 v sedanu. Auto bylo přesně v takovém stavu, jaký byl popsán v inzerátu, navíc prodejce souhlasil s prohlídkou nezávislým (mnou vybraným) technikem, který auto projel a zkontroloval. Mně tedy stačilo si pouze pro auto přijet :-). Komunikace a domluva byla výborná, na mé dotazy jsem dostal odpovědi, zařídil jsem zde i povinné ručení a po přepisu vozidla v registru ČR (nemusel jsem na úřad osobně) jsem následně obdržel malý a velký techničák poštou tak, jak bylo domluveno. Děkuji Vám a nyní se těším ze skvělého vozu! Doporučuji. My experience with AutoPalace Karlovy Vary and the salesman Mr. Zpěvák is great, I bought a Mazda 3 in a sedan here. The car was in exactly the condition described in the advertisement, in addition, the seller agreed to the inspection by an independent (my chosen) technician, who drove the car and checked it. So all I had to do was come for the car :-). The communication and agreement was excellent, I got answers to my questions, I also arranged compulsory liability and after transcribing the vehicle in the Czech register (I did not have to go to the office in person) I subsequently received a small and large technician by mail as agreed. Thank you and now I'm looking forward to a great car! I recommend.

The reception staff were helpful with basic translation but relied more on Google to help out. The mechanics on the other hand were not. I asked if I could get my headlight bulbs changed which is usually a 3 min affair at halfords. Here it turned in to a ping pong match, they went from a day to a week to get it changed!!! The whole affair took almost an hour at the end I just bought replacement bulbs and youtubed how to do it myself. VW this is not what I expect from a global car company!!
