Paní Moravcová se nám věnovala hned od příchodu do prodejny, pomohla nám s výběrem vhodné postele pro babičku, poradila s matrací. Nabídla jiné varianty potahu. Mohu jen doporučit! Příště opět na nákup nábytku a případně podlah jedině k Moravcům. Great store. Large selection of furniture. Incredibly helpful Mrs. Moravcová. Vetsi amaterizmus a neochota při řešení reklamace. Arogantní přístup p. Moravce. Lži ze strany firmy a výmluvy na vše co jen jde. I to že je příliš sucho v objektu. Větší prasarnu jsem neviděl. Po běžném pozdravu DOBRÝ DEN, a co chceme v podlahových krytinach, následovala ihned veta:"No jestli si myslíte, že Vám teď budu řezat lino nebo koberec, tak to Teda nebudu!" S velkým znechucenim a hodně rychle jsme prodejnu opustili. Nikomu nedoporučuji, prodavač nechce prodávat, vlastně ho tato činnost obtěžuje. Nepříjemný člověk s podprumernym chováním obchodníka. Rozumím tomu, že měl těžký den, ale koho to zajímá? Na rozdíl od nábytku JAMALL v Drahovicich, kde jsme přišli na minutu přesně se zavirackou v 17hod a prodejce nás s úsměvem pozval dále a věnoval se nám naprosto profesionálně i manželkou. Takže u firmy Moravec a syn už nás nikdy neuvidi, a nikomu ze svých přátel ani jiným lidem tuto firmu nedoporucim. Je to odstrašující případ mezi podnikateli. Absolute loser. Annoying person with below-average businessman behavior. I understand he had a hard day, but who cares? Unlike the JAMALL furniture in Drahovice, where we arrived for a minute exactly at the closing time at 5 pm and the seller invited us further with a smile and took care of us in a completely professional way with his wife. So at Moravec and Son they will never see us again, and I will not recommend this company to any of my friends or other people. It is a frightening case among entrepreneurs.
