★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem zákazníkem firmy S. & W. už od doby, kdy ještě sídlili v Karlových Varech - Doubí a vždy jsem tam jezdil rád. Ale takové, pro zákazníky naprosto nedůstojné podmínky, jaké panují teď při nákupu náhradních dílů, nepamatuji ani v Doubí a ani u jakékoliv konkurence. Myslím, že okénko v garážových vratech půl metru nad zemí, kde není zákazník chráněn ani náznakem stříšky před deštěm, kdy se k tomuto okénku jde kolem kontejnérů s odpady autosalonu a autoservisu, vymontovanými náhradními díly, napůl rozebranými auty a auty po dopravních nehodách není hodné ani autovrakoviště, natož servisu prestižní značky Mercedes-Benz
I have been a customer of the S. & W. company since they were still based in Karlovy Vary - Doubí and I have always loved going there. But I do not remember such conditions, which are completely undignified for customers now, when buying spare parts, neither in Doubí nor in any competition. I think that the window in the garage door half a meter above the ground, where the customer is not protected by a hint of rain, when this window is walked around the containers with garbage and car service, disassembled spare parts, half-disassembled cars and cars after traffic accidents is not good nor a car wrecker, let alone the service of the prestigious Mercedes-Benz brand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both S&W Automobily s.r.o. and Mercedes-Benz Czechia are criminals which deserve to be put in jail. Sold me a new 4matic C-class, and a year and a half later when I brought it back to trade-in they told me the car was in accident with roof repaired/repainted (!???). Essentially, they sell you cars damaged in an accident as new ones. Do not trust a word they say, avoid any dealings with them and report to the police as soon as you notice anything suspicious. The managers involved are: Pavel Balog, Zdeněk Romaňák and Daniel Podešva.
