★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About every third product I have to replace, because of any problem on Alzas site. But they resolve it really fast and fair. And the plus is that you can return in 14 days almost everything.
Showroom is amazing, because you can test many accessories and stuff. And I think it is the best Electro and IT showroom in Prague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered lots of different products in the evening on 25/12, it was a state holiday. And on 26/12 in the morning everything was already waiting for me in the warehouse. I think the warehouse management in Alza must be really strong!
What I didn’t like was that I had to go to another side of the building to get a queue number, I was quite lost to be honest and I had to ask two different people how to go through the process. So if you come to this delivery point it would make sense to install the app.
But the overall experience is very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am hesitant between 4 and five stars. Alza still, after several decades of growth is providing very good, almost perfect service overall including returns and warranty service. It is however worth noting that it is no longer true that everything at alza is cheapest or that alza has everything. From time to time I try to support competition. Mironet and CZC still offer competitive service and sometimes offer cheaper prices and wider choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biggest Alza.cz store in Prague. Everything you could possibly need is here and you can also try out a lot of electronic devices on the spot. Only the order pickup is always taking really long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The showroom is cool. But I had to walk 3 times through the entire store to realize where the pick-up queue numbering machine was. The wait after that was about 1 minute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though my visit to this showroom was due to a faulty product i had purchased, the experience was extremely fast and hassle free. Walk in, input your order number on a computer, put the product in an AlzaBox and walk away. The showroom itself is quite big and offers an enormous amount of tech and other products to see and try out. The staff were polite and helpful as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only recommend this shop for any purchase of electronics or anything else really. They have all sorts of things and relatively quick delivery into any Alza box around Prague and the country. So if you are visiting and happen to forget a charger or so, try these guys they might be able to help for a reasonable price. The only downside is that I don't think their website is in English. But Google translate might help sort that.

Fantastic service, all staff speaks English and is extremely helpful and friendly. in the shops off-line, as well as on the hot lines over the phone. They are able to assist with helping to choose, answer all possible questions. Great offer for insurance that covers two years of breakage replacement.
