★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Také jsem měl velmi dobrou zkušenost. Výměnu duše mi provedli na počkání, vysvětlili v čem byl problém a ještě půjčili nářadí, které jsem neměl, na dotažení šroubků. Rád se sem na servis vrátím.
I also had a very good experience. They changed my soul while I waited, explained what the problem was, and lent the tools I didn't have to tighten the screws. I will be happy to return here for service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za 2 000 Kč jsem dostal kolo v horším stavu, než jsem ho odevzdával. Když už dávám klientovi nový řetěz, bylo by fajn z něj sundat agresivní konzervační přípravek, který při ježdění velmi rychle ničí řetěz i kazetu.
Pak jsou tu brzdy (specificky jsem požádal o seřízení), které se mi vrátily stejně rozhozené jako při odevzdání a vrcholem všeho bylo, když mi nějaký šikula natřel KARBONOVOU sedlovku lubrikantem, takže mi po 500 metrech zajela dolů až po sedlo.
Pro ty, co to dočetli až sem - prosím, radši dejte ty peníze někomu na ulici, i když je utratí za chlast, budou lépe investované než zde v servise.
For CZK 2,000 I got a bike in worse condition than I handed it over. When I give a client a new chain, it would be nice to take off an aggressive preservative that destroys the chain and the cassette very quickly while riding.
Then there are the brakes (I specifically asked for adjustments), which came back to me as much as they had when handed in, and the culmination of it all was when a shikula painted my CARBON seatpost with a lubricant, so after 500 meters it drove me down to the saddle.
For those who have read this far - please give the money to someone on the street, even if they spend it on booze, they will be better invested than here in the service.
