★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Priserna zkusenost s reklamaci. Personal naprosto neochotny se snazit vyresit situaci, aby byli vsechny strany spokojeny. Na konec pomohlo az pohrozeni jednanim pres pravni spolecnost a odstoupeni od smlouvy.
Slo o to ze zimni boty byly celou zimni sezonu v permanentni reklamaci.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemný obchůdek s obuví v centru Prahy. Velmi dobře dostupný jednu stanici od I P Pavlova. Milá obsluha, příjemné prostředí, hezký sortiment i značkového zboží a velmi slušné ceny. Možnost nakoupit přes internet a vyzvednout na prodejně.
A pleasant shoe store in the center of Prague. Very well accessible one station from I P Pavlova. Nice service, pleasant environment, nice assortment of branded goods and very decent prices. Possibility to shop online and pick up at the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online-shop Obuvšotek.cz nedoporučuji. Nejprve jsem si objednala boty, které prý nemají. Přesto se stále (již měsíc) objevují v jejich nabídce. Nepoučena jsem si objednala jiné boty, byla jsem nucena odstoupit od smlouvy. Bylo mi naučtováno 100,- Kč za poškození původního obalu - krabice od bot! Pro mě zcela nepřijatelné jednání.
Online-shop Obuvšotek.cz I do not recommend. First I ordered shoes that they don't have. Nevertheless, they still (for a month) appear in their menu. Uneducated, I ordered other shoes, I was forced to withdraw from the contract. I was charged CZK 100 for damage to the original packaging - shoe box! Quite unacceptable behavior for me.
