★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měl jsem objednanou autosedačku, kterou jsem si dnes měl vyzvednout. Po otevření boxu jsem se nestačil divit. Box prázdný. Takhle v neděli po ránu opravdu potěší. Jen mi to potvrzuje proč objednávám u konkurence!
Po třech dnech neustálého kontaktování Alzy mi bylo řečeno, že se zásilka nevešla do Boxu a je zpět ve skladě. Kurňa oni ani neví jak velké mají boxy? proč tuto službu tedy nabízí?
Jen čekám kdy bude na pobočce v Brně kam budu muset zajet na vlastní náklady a zboží si vyzvednout. Kdybych to býval věděl tak jsem to řešil jinak ...
 I had ordered a car seat, which I had to pick up today. After opening the box, I was not surprised. Box empty. This will really please Sunday morning. It just confirms why I'm ordering from a competitor!
After three days of constantly contacting Alza, I was told that the shipment did not fit in the Box and was back in stock. Damn, they don't even know how big their boxes are - so why offer this service?
I'm just waiting when it will be at the branch in Brno where I will have to go at my own expense and pick up the goods. If I had known, I would have dealt with it differently ...
