Pán velmi ochotný - nalepí Vám i sklo na telefon, i když je to nad rámec jeho pracovní náplně. Maximum satisfaction. The service is very helpful, they compare prices and always call them. The gentleman is very willing to stick glass to your phone, even if it's beyond his job description.

Nebyl zadny problem Nice shop. We were here to pick up the volume. The saleswoman was really nice. Lots of parking space right in front of the store. Various goods. There was no problem
J	Jan Parizek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suprový přístup personálu i při reklamaci produktů,vše rychle vyřízeno,lidé zde dobře znají svoji práci,vynikající mohu jen doporučit,s produkty zde zakopenými mám pouze dobré zkušenosti :-) Superb approach of the staff even when complaining about products, everything is handled quickly, people here know their work well, I can only recommend excellent, I have only good experience with products buried here :-)
F	František Urbánek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V těchto prodejnách se zastavil čas. Produkty stále stejné, žádné novinky. Obsluha na vás křičí přes celou prodejnu jestli něco chceš tak že bude u kasy. Děs a hrůza. Time stood still in these stores. Products still the same, no news. The staff shouts at you through the whole store if you want something so that it will be at the cash register. Terror and horror.
N	Nikola Vidláková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poslala jsem si na prodejnu zboží s tím že se mi měli ozvat, den poté mi přišla zpráva že se mi někdo pokoušel dovolat a když jsem volala zpět tak byla zde pouze hlasová schránka a poté se nikdo zpět neozval. Pak mi na prodejně řekli, že rezervace byla jen na 24 hodin ale když jsem jim řekla že se mi ani neozvali zpět nebo když se mi nedovolali proč nenapsali sms nebo email tak prý to není jejich věc protože se mi jednou pokoušeli dovolat. Přístup teda opravdu hrozný, lepší si to objednat a zaplatit poštovné než toto. I sent the goods to the store and they should contact me, the day after I received a message that someone was trying to call me, and when I called back there was only a voicemail and then no one answered. Then they told me at the store that the reservation was only for 24 hours, but when I told them that they didn't even call me back or if they didn't call me why they didn't write an SMS or email, so it wasn't their business because they once tried to call me. So the approach is really terrible, it's better to order it and pay postage than this.
