The doctor, what I did the initial examination was perfect! I talked to her very well not only about my state of health, but little is seen today. At the first collection, my head got tangled during the injection and I fainted a bit and the staff was absolutely perfect, they immediately helped me and then they kept watching over me. All very kind and helpful. Great for me :)

-Unfortunately I have to tell me that it was a horrible experience .... As for the "lady at the reception" who tries to be nice until you're sick, if you're not inattentive .... Their local doctor: At first I thought she was very nice, but then she makes you "DEBILA" logically their philosophical speeches, by which she shows you that she is a doctor ("You only have two kidneys. Not three , but even so, there would be people who would like to donate three (don't forget to add an arrogant imitation to this sentence.) Furthermore, "digging" on a fine overweight (183cm 73kg) speaks barely Czech, he thinks how smart she is when you 10 min describes that you have to drink a lot of water and eat HEALTHY things before taking the plasma, BUT what I got the most from when the doctor showed that hepatitis C is the same as HIV .... + Well, not to mention criticism like that- The nurse who took my sample was kind and careful. + They have a lot of pens there. +1 Pretty Nurse + Warmth and silence. --------------------------- !!!!! My crouching => I knew why I was afraid (not of what they were doing there for you, but rather the staff ("blonde receptionist with glasses" and "old doctor, who is from the times of the USSR, who likes to rise and still makes you an uneducated illiterate) !!!!! => I won't show up there anymore. For the first time, I gave any of my body fluids, and with a slight panic from the needles, I must say that my first experience was very good at 90%. + absolutely amazing receptionist with whom we found a common theme and whose speaking style was 100% nice, of which 30% apologies for anything? + funny sarcastic doctor with very black humor + pleasant environment in nice colors, comfortable couch in the waiting room, as well as armchairs in the collection point + I have been duly informed several times about all the necessary information regarding the diet, clothes for collection and overall my personal safety during collection + during the collection we let Mr. Bean, which is a classic. - The nurse / doctor who seated me and took care of me was ruthless and ignored my phobia of needles, she even mentioned "why do you go giving plasma when you are afraid of needles ?!" which offended me. And she stabbed me badly, muttering that she always gets those who don't have visible veins. Maybe they were "stuck" because I was starting to get under a lot of needle stress and incompetent nurses. In the end, another, much nicer, nurse had to pierce the other hand so I could finish the donation while the first nurse muttered that "we can end it right away when nothing is flowing" and kept stroking the needle in my hand even though I complained that it hurt. . It's been over a week, a hand pierced by a nice sister doesn't seem to experience anything, a hand from an unpleasant sister still hurts and I have a bruise. Even so, I ordered a second collection and after piercing, I donated the rest of the plasma without any problems. The first and unsuccessful subscription will not stop me.
