However, Ms. Laura P complains that it is expensive for her to pay the price of 2300 for a subscriber installation at the family house for the turnkey service we offer her. It is not that we set up the internet for Mrs Laura and wanted something we did not tell her when she handed over the service. It's just that when signing the contract, Mrs. Laura anticipates that she will order the service for half a year, then say goodbye and in the best case the equipment will return to us and in the worst case she will disappear with it. But the equipment does not cost 1800, but 4500 CZK. Well, we divide customers into those who are our clients and I will be happy to read reviews from those and those who just have to clear their urge to write about how it seemed expensive to them, so they didn't choose us. But our services are not for everyone and not for free at all. With Peet NOW, I don't even want to waste time, the master lives in Ohrada and demanded that we offer his company consumer services on consumer terms. We didn't agree ... But why not kick it, right? Nevertheless, let me finally end the review of our potential customers with a joke: The police announce an audition for the position of a detective, conditions: height of at least 180 cm, good physical condition, active knowledge of English and knowledge of working with a computer. The next day, a small, about 80-year-old grandfather arrives at the station with a French cane, a hearing aid, and glasses that had at least 10 diopters: "Hello, I came to the audition." One of the cops tells him, "But you don't always meet a single requirement." And Grandpa said, "Well, I actually just came to tell you not to count on me ..."

Unfortunately, we haven't agreed on this yet due to probably bad marketing policies and unclear billing. The price for the installation fee for an air connection is not CZK 500, as the provider states, but CZK 2,300, where another fee of CZK 1,800 is hidden for co-participation in equipment that remains the property of the provider . This is a big risk if, for example, the customer is not satisfied with the provision of the service or can move. This policy setting is set against common good manners to the customer. I believe it's worth thinking about. I am sorry that my evaluation is the only one and it certainly fundamentally distorts the overall picture of the company's evaluation, but unfair conditions cannot be evaluated with a better mark.

Normally I'm not in the habit of writing reviews, but here I have to :). I have been using the Internet since April last year and I am completely satisfied for me. We have a connection at a family house in Ohrada using SRD technology. I solved the connection with Mr. Peterka and everything went smoothly and I got clear information about how much I will pay and for what, I was informed about the participation. I don't know the acquisition cost for the equipment I got seems fine. But the main thing is that the connectivity works reliably, without outages, with a great response and it is a symmetrical line. I work every day from home, I'm on connectivity, we use IP TV at home and everything is fine. If there is a problem, the "boys of thirteen" (maybe I didn't offend anyone :)) solves everything promptly. For me for a great price great and quality service and support. I hope that the connectivity from you will continue to be reliable and the support of the same quality :).
