Asi by Vodafone měl odstranit ty dva zbytecne stolky obsluhy. Spise tam zavazeji, protože vždy funguje jen jeden, i když prodavaču je tam víc. Místo těch stolku by mohly byt křesílka, abychom u toho čekání 25+ minut si mohli alespoň sednout. Jo a asi i WiFi by se hodila, alespoň by se člověk zabavil a možná by si nevšiml, že na čeká tak dlouho.
Vodafone should probably remove the two unnecessary operator's tables. The files are more binding there, because only one always works, even if there is more to the seller. Instead of those tables, there could be armchairs so that we could at least sit by waiting 25+ minutes. Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT aint for me either.

Vyřídili vše, co jsem požadovala rychle, jednalo se ale pouze o vrácení pronajatých zařízení..modem, reuter.

Myslím že všechny pozitivní recenze jsou maximálně fake a dělají si je sami zaměstnanci, nemám odsud ještě žádnou dobrou zkušenost. Přijdu sem a rovnou mě odkážou na jinou pobočku protože toho má dneska hodně a je tam sám??? To není moc normální

Slovenčina už se dostala i sem... taková ta trochu drzá, co se na Čechy dívá zpatra, však to všichni známe ? Ale jinak rychlé vyřízení a bez žádných komplikací ?

Velke, spatne. Na zakaznicke lince vse behem chvile vyreseno - ochota + vstricnost, pouze vyzvednuti ale v obchode rozhodne na chvili nebylo. Priste si radeji vse necham poslat na adresu, bude to rychlejsi i s cestou na postu a nebudu se muset divit, co vse je mozne. Mimo to se do prodejny ani neda dovolat.
Big, bad. Everything was resolved on the customer line in a moment - willingness + helpfulness, only picked up, but it was definitely not in the store for a while. Next time, I'd rather have everything sent to the address, it will be faster even with the way to the post office and I won't have to wonder what is possible. Besides, you can't even call the store.

Dobrý den. Bohužel horší pobočku než tuhle jsem nezažila. Ani jedenkrát se nestalo aby fungovaly všichni pokladny. Čekání 40 minut… Vedení pobočky by mohl se zamyšlet nad tim jak pracuji jeho podřízené. Buď vyměnit personál anebo otevřít víc pokladen.
Good day. Unfortunately, I have not experienced a worse branch than this one. Not once did all the cash registers work. Waiting 40 minutes… The branch management could think about how my subordinates work. Either change staff or open more cash registers.

Dobrý den , do prodejny jsem přišla 19:10 a bylo zavřeno , otevřeli 19:55 tak ze si můžete počkat i 45 min . Ale to není všechno prodejce mi bez mého vědomi prodlouil smlouvu na dva roky a o 100 Kč zvedl tarif aniž bych řekl půl slova , po dvou dnech jsem to zistila v samoobsluze až mi začali chodit od Vodafonu správy .Důvod návštěvy absolutně s tím nesouvisel.

But that's not all, the seller, without my knowledge, extended my contract for two years and raised the tariff by CZK 100 without saying half a word, after two days I found out in a self-service store when I started contacting Vodafone. The reason for the visit was absolutely unrelated.

The best service I had in CZ for any mobile operator company. Surprised in a very positive way after I had postponed this visit several times until I could mentally handle any pushback or poor excuses. Fortunately, Honza was very friendly, spoke English, and solved my problems in a very reasonable time. Unfortunately, he was there alone and the wait time was 20min.
